Im very satisfied, they are very professional, and there is no wait time, usually in and out dont want to go anywhere else for my tax,, been a returning customer for many years.

So it cost 500.00 to have our taxes done with Jackson Hewitt and not very pleased with their service. You call to find out whats going on with your return and no answer from them. I will never use their service again and advise people to use a different tax service that cares for their customers and dont charge 500 for 25 minutes of work

I didnt get to experiance the customer service in person but Diana June went above and beyond to help me with my taxes online. Diana was very patient and understanding with my situation. She made sure I had all appropriate documents to help me file online. Diana was able to help regardless of the distance being in another country. Sign says walk-ins welcome but I always have to come back another time because they dont have anyone scheduled to do taxes. Tried going to another location and got the run around there. Clearly my business is not wanted so I have filed elsewhere.
