I’m so sad with this place right now I think I might definitely go threw someone else this year because Beth is so rude in front she won’t even let me talk to any other staff members she is so rude and also me n my sister done our taxes the exact same day she got hers March 3rd it is now March 19th and I haven’t received nothing and also they just say well call you but nothing at all so they just lied they said March why do I have a feeling something went wrong with it ? So I hope someone contacts me soon!

My husband and I went here to get our taxes done this year, ONLY BC H&R was tricky with distributing stimulus pckgs...and we didnt want to go through that again. Immediately upon entering their reception lady was RUDE and very put off to have to do her job. We finished the waiver and that was about it before her attitude ran us out. Will never go back

Been doing my taxes there for 3, maybe 4 years? Janis is always very nice and courteous, and she walks through all of the options and results with you. It never takes very long yet she doesnt rush you through anything either. The fee is worth the peace of mind knowing taxes are done and they were completed by a trustworthy professional.

Thank you Brad for providing the worse customer service and hanging up on me. Thank you for clarifing you did your job. Definitely not returning next year. The fact that you cant enlighten me on the status of my refund leads me to believe that maybe your business is intentionally stalling the filing process so that your customers will take loans. Thats the kind of ideas that start going through ones mind when its been over a month and the individual answering the phone is clearly agitated from answering calls about taxes but forgive me if Im wrong but I believe that is the very essense of your business. I dont go there for the fast speedy returns and sure as heck not the customer service (any more) I go to your establishment because I see a small business with people that need wages. One less client is obviously of no concern to your business however moving forward I will urge individuals to seek other alternatives as intentions of proving revenue for your business is of zero value. The free tax preparers provide the exact same service but FREE along with a great amount of customer service.

I Personally miss the Bloomfield Branch and the weird thing is that they Deb and Pam were an amazing duo.... I have been doing my Taxes with the Bloomfield branch for over 12 + years and never once have I been treated rude for calling in and seeing if my refund is there, It usually was there though.... Now this year i have had to travel an extra hour into Farmington (construction is horrible) and the reason i stuck with the Chipmans business is the professionalism of the staff in Bloomfield. But this is the first year that I have been treated rude for calling into see if my refund is in; which i do so because I have to drive a couple to a few hours just to get there. This is also the first year that my tax-refund has taken this long to come in. Just saying this is an inconvenience to drive the extra hour on top of the hour and a half it already took to get to Bloomfield; and with it taking even longer on the refund, I may rethink my choices for Next years Tax season.

I love this place! Its the only place I trust to do my taxes and no matter how ccomplicated it gets they always handle it with ease and a smile. I look forward to it every year

Went to file here bcuz others have recommended it but all in all I say their service is a 1 star... Rude!!! They said one thing b4 papers were signed and after papers were done and signed was told complete opposite... Theyre customer service okay at first but after its nothing but rudeness...

Charged a high price for state and federal. The lady who assisted me messed up my state taxes. had to deal with months later which was a hassle.
