Best gym! Very clean and has a great cooling system.The ambiance of the gym is what makes me keep coming. I love this gym because employees are respectful and wonderful. I love the amenities with the black card too! The hydro beds are so relaxing and it is amazing how black card member can bring a family member or friend to work out with.

I had a great experience with Cass. She was very professional and courteous. After she got me signed up, I was on the treadmill with my mask off. She kindly walked up and apologized to me explaining that even doing cardio, members were expected to wear masks. She was so nice about it I didnt mind complying, because usually I dont. Thank you for having this great employee in your gym.

Well maintained, staffs are friendly. All stuffs new. I enjoyed the chair and aqua massage.

Definitely go during an off time if you lift weights. They dont have a weight lifting stuff like the college or defined. They have about one of everything and you know how long lifting takes.

Brand new facility. Nice open layout. Signage easy to read and see. Comfortable hydromassage rooms. A bit of a wait for an open chair. Be sure to check with employees on availability. Hand sanitizer & disinfectant spray plentiful throughout facility.

This gym is very cool. I appreciate feeling welcomed every day and talking to the employees each and every single time such as David, Patrick, and Gavin... they’re both there to help and ready to assist and by far my favorites. Great gym.

The Positive:Gym is usually really clean and well maintained. Gym members are always nice and courteous.Aqua massage is great.The Negative:Some of the staff members definitely need an attitude adjustment. I had asked this locations so called manager Cassie a question and she was very unprofessional and talked to me like I was a 5 year old. I have heard that multiple members have had the same experience with her over the last few months. I understand these are trying times for everyone, but it’s no excuse to take your frustrations out on members.

Been going to this gym for over a year now & it is the best experience I’ve had at a gym. It’s always very clean & the staff is very nice especially David & Danielle. Have yo say those are my favorite staff members to see every day when I go workout!

Friendly staff in the morning; at least around 5:00 am. Very few people there on average I would say 10-15. Always looking clean.

I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! The ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever expirenced! Their customer sevice email isnt even an active email. The GM doesnt know anything and when I try to get some help through the regional manager not a single one of the employees would give me their contact information. This place is a complete joke! No wonder their monthly membership is so cheap! Unless you want them to take money out of you account AFTER youve already cancelled your membership this is the place fore you!

The staff at Planet Fitness are always so friendly, especially during these difficult times. Ive been coming to the gym since they reopened and have taken notice to how well they have been complying with the Governors orders, whether its by constantly cleaning equipment and maintaining the gyms cleanliness or kindly asking people to wear a mask. The staff does an excellent job of contributing to a pleasant gym experience and environment. 💜💛🙂

I’m extremely in love with this place. All the staff members are very generous and good communication. It’s not expensive at all! I would recommend this place for the folks that need to train hard to get to their goals. It’s not to far from where I am at. I wanna say thank you for all the staff members.

Very clean, very friendly, and usually not too crowded. Black card is worth it for all the extra stuff you get! The hydromassage chairs are awesome. My one complaint would be that they dont have many free weights. The squat/ bench machines are on guides.

The staff is friendly and helpful! I got the black card membership and it’s very nice to have unlimited use of massages. I’m pregnant, and I love the hydro massage! It’s great for back pain. There’s also a lot of different equipments to use and easy to follow. I’m not picky on channels or what’s on tv. I enjoy the atmosphere, it’s very welcoming.

I Was Wrongfully Charged 2 Months & An Annual Fee For A Membership That I Was Told Would Cancel After My Last Month Payment In December 2020. Come To Find Out I Was Charged, Now They Say I Cant Get Refunded For The Payments, For A Mistake From The Front Desk.

Dear Planet Fitness management,Today I was exercising in Farmington NM location after work and have become a victim of severe bullying and humiliation by front desk staff.I am a regular gym attendee and daily saw a door sign stating that everyone is to wear a face covering unless actively exercising. This evening (7.13.20), I came in with a face mask and started running on elliptical machine. Due to a health condition, my nose has poor respiration so I had to lower the mask to facilitate proper oxygen exchange. Six minutes into my run, I was approached by gym employee who later Identified herself a Serena Chavez. She raised her voice at me and said that my mask has to cover the nose. I stated that I have a medical condition and cannot breathe through my nose. She replied even louder that I cannot work out at this gym because I have to follow the rules. I looked around and people were staring at both of us. I just wanted to sink bellow the floor due to how humiliated I was in front of gym guests. There were many men around me that also had their masks lowered as they were exercising, yet I was chosen as the easy prey for public mockery. I terminated my session and ran out of the gym humiliated and full of tears.How is it that your employees are not trained to treat customers with respect? Especially at such sensitive times that we live in…. Please address this issue. Consider eliminating bullying and disrespectful staff among your team before they push away more paying customers.

Love this place!!!!! Waited a long time for it to open but the staff is always warm and welcoming and makes me feel confident in my workout and the whole place is super clean. And you have have HAVE to take the classes! Their trainer Kylie is amazing super knowledgeable, patient, FREE, and super encouraging to get you through the workout of your life...I was sore for days but I felt great after! Gets kindof busy later in the evenings but when it’s less busy it’s heaven

I love it here most of the associates are so helpful and friendly. I was pretty irritated about an annual fee that was deducted from my account without my knowledge. (I am sure it was in fine print somewhere) but was never explained or told to me at time of enrollment. I have talked to several people who were also not aware of the fee.

Very poor customer service. Tried to sign up, couldnt get any help until I was angry enough to leave. 0/10 Will not give my money to a place that cant grasp how lines work or seeing people in the order theyve been waiting. Go to the college if you want a decent gym at a decent price.

Is this the best gym in the entire world??? Probably not but it fantastic for the price! For any price, it is clean, staff is friendly, lots of equipment for your average Joe Shmoe (does lack equipment for the bulky gym Rat). With the Black Card you can always bring a friend, and nobody bothers you. My only complaint is the check in process as it can take some time if someone is signing up for the first time or has a lot of questions. I still give 5 stars though because I believe you get what you pay for most of the time and for this gym you get a massive bargain!

I was asked to put on a mask before I could workout which didnt upset me because I understand with all thats going on! That said I saw about 9 people who didnt have a mask period! Im confused as to why they wouldnt let me workout without mine but they let other people. I visited the gym on July 4th 2020. Ill keep coming because I love the gym but the employees need to do a better job at enforcing policies on EVERYONE and not just who they want to. I would give 5 stars but todays interaction deserves a 2.

Honestly if I could give you 0 stars I would. The employees were very rude and not helpful. I asked to speak to the manager and she was just as rude. She started using foul language and raised her voice. I will never go there again nor will i ever recommend someone going there. Very poor staff throughout the building.

I have tried three times to sign up for this gym. The first time they told me the system was down. The second time I called and an employee verified the system was working but when I arrived I was told it was down again. Today was my third attempt. While standing in a line that backed all the way to the door, an employee shouted an announcement that their system was down again. I need more exercise than just walks from my car to their lobby and back.

Unexpected charges that I was not told about will not refund my money club manager did not help me she wouldn’t give me the corporate manager’s phone number

The gym is great! It’s clean and machines are all new. There are enough machines where you never have to wait. Hopefully, they keep it that way. The only complaint I have is the TV’s are not synchronized with the channels on the machines. The ellipticals that I use, some only have one channel working. Others only go up to 4 and with only one or two channels working. I’ve reported to the staff four times. The answer I get is “I’ll let my manager know” either the message is not getting to the manager or the manager doesn’t care. Hopefully, they get it fixed.

Poor communication. Employees are not professional. Multiple employees said I could cancel my membership before the 1st of February to avoid being charged the annual fee. Paid off my membership and was still charge for the annual fee.
