Farmington is getting out of hand. These businesses dont show any kind of respect towards us natives. But want our money. If they dont like us natives then they all need to head back east. Db auto and salvage in Farmington nm. you all need a lesson in customer service and satisfaction.

I was treated worse than a rabid dog! BY A-1 Mobile screens. I called Hector on Friday the 2nd of October to help me with couple things which I had asked him to help me with back 19 months ago. He said he would come by ay 11:00 a.m. I told him I couldnt do mornings because of my health! and that I had to take my dog for shots later, he said call me when your done then I can take a look at it & we can talk etc...I told him ok. Well Sunday came & went & he never showed up or called or anything. I tried to text him & call he still didnt contact me. It was not until I called the office & told his Girlfriend which he insist is only his business partner of how upset I was & that I would appreciate him returning my call & showing up when I expected, I Thanked her & hung up. Well Hector never calls he always wants to texts, and I have some I saved which arent how a customer should be treated. I have told him many times too that he needs to call my house phone as I cant hear on my cell, and for health reasons my doctor wants me to use a head piece. He never complies. I did leave him message after he hung up on me last night, when I told him I had just received his nasty text, instead of call. telling me to not contact him or his office anymore that he doesnt do handyman work anymore. HHHHmmm so Friday 10-2-15 he does then Tuesday 4 days later after contacting his GF at the office he doesnt?! I called today telling him this & that he should have been man to tell me this Friday & call me not text me it & be hateful that it was poor business & if he didnt apologize I was going to contact the better business bureau. he again calls my cell, I couldnt hear him said if they could hear to call my house phone so I could hear. Maybe 15 mins. later he calls cell again while I was in restroom, then leaves me a Hateful message telling me he didnt know what the hell was going on at my house or in my head, what was wrong with me, but I told you I dont do that anymore & if you keep harassing me I am going to go to Sheriffs & file a do not harass charges! I calmed down before I called or I would have really went off. I called him back told him I couldnt get to the phone as I was in restroom but, that I wasnt harassing him ( again he is just pissed I contacted his girlfriend) that I was just asking for help & dont you dare accuse me of harassing you as I wasnt & screw you too!!! And hung up. To me this is the worst behavior of a business person!!!! I could go into the nasty messages he sent me very inappropriate but, I dont want to hurt his GF. Again if he didnt do Handyman work anymore he should have mentioned that in our phone conversation on Friday the 2nd of October! I would have said fine & found someone else to help. I even tried to give him a chance to apologize at least before writing this instead I get yelled at!!! What a shame as I sent them lots of business besides mine.
