Jay has been awesome to work with! They are honest, and precise.They dont give you a 2 week estimate deadline, and then keep pushing it back and back ( like most contractors do )They will be upfront & will give you real project completion dates and actually make sure the project is completed on / before that date.Of course things came up, but jay was quick to resolve the issues and most importantly he kept me updated the entire time.if your looking for an honest contractor, look no further! give them a try. I promise you will not regret it.

Unfortunate experience with Pine Tree Construction. Hired them for a basement remodel and I would have been better off leaving it as it was before I met them. Like others mentioned, the owner Jay took no accountability when things went wrong. Gets his attorney involved as soon as you have a legitimate complaint about how bad things are. An old, scummy technique to get homeowners to pay or have to go to court. If I had the resources, I would have taken the lawsuit just to get my money back.*UPDATE*Jay leaving the comment below is a classic example of how this guy operates. NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Now claiming I left the review for the wrong company.

Our kitchen was outdated and our master bedroom was too small. We called Pine Tree (one of the few construction companies to respond) and they came and gave us a good bid for the remodel. Their guys came in and had things tore out in no time. There were some delays while waiting on the structural engineers input, but it was worth the wait. We love our new layout in our kitchen and bedroom. We had things in mind of how things should be, but after discussing things with Jay we finally caught his vision and are so pleased with the outcome. Their guys are professional and do great work. It took a little longer than we would have liked, but some of that is our fault for adding more as the project progressed. I would highly recommend Pine Tree Construction for any of your remodeling needs

I had Pine Tree replace my roof and my front door. For the new roof, Jay went to bat with my insurance company and his team did an outstanding job on my roof!For our front door, Jay was patient with us while we were deciding on a new door and did a phenomenal job on the door. Just awesome!I trust Pine Tree and would highly recommend them.

Pine Tree helped me to finish my basement and remodel a bathroom on a rental property for me. The work was completed quickly which allowed me to easily move my tenants in on schedule. I would recommend Pine Tree to anyone needing some extra help renovating their home.

We used Pine Tree Construction for a home remodel this past summer, which included recessed lighting in our living room, small remodel of a guest bathroom (new shower and vanity), complete remodel of our master bathroom (new tile, new shower, new tub, new vanity, new closet), installation of new carpet in our basement, and replacement of an old sliding glass door with a new one.Outside of some minor communication hiccups, our experience with them was a good one. His crew is so professional and good at what they do. We always felt comfortable having them around and knew we could trust the work they were doing. Jay was also very involved, even if he couldnt be here all the time, he was in frequent phone contact with his crew and came over nearly every night to check progress. I appreciated that he would not hesitate to have them re-do work that he was not satisfied with.Additionally, Jay was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, often providing us with suggestions and things to think about when we approached him with a design idea.

Jay and his crew helped us with the remodel of a duplex. We loved how great and updated it turned out. I especially loved the beautiful granite countertops he put in for us even though we had talked about just doing laminate when we agreed on the price. Thanks Pine Tree Construction!

The Pine Tree Construction group has been marvelous throughout our remodeling experience. From architect to finished product they stayed within the estimate provided, provided great craftsmanship, and always stand behind their work, fixing anything that ever went wrong. You can bet well use them again.

I loved everything about using Pine Tree. They were so efficent and understaning with how many times I changed my mind. Also Jay was very honest in all his dealings with me. I will most def. use them again!! You should to!!

Contacted these guys to get some work done around my home. Was told to send a message with my address. Did so and didn’t hear anything over the course of the week. Call back multiple times, only to have The owner make excuses and continuously interrupt me every time I tried to speak. Extremely unprofessional.
