I have had good experiences with Rashid over the years, but was very thankful today due to a recommendation they provided. A belt broke on my 22-year old garage door opener, and I wanted to purchase a replacement. The person who answered the phone (Kristen) quoted a price, but suggested that I first try calling Chamberlain to see if they offer a lifetime warranty on the belt. Sure enough, Chamberlain is sending the belt for free, saving me more than $100. Thanks to Rashid for their integrity given that they could have made an easy sale. Ill continue to rely on them for products and service, and wanted to share with others.

Absolutely excellent products and services... Very knowledgeable and helpful. I actually needed replacement parts for a garage door and was totally satisfied. I did the work myself, but they were excellent getting me the right parts. I will go to the again and they will be my only choice.

An amazing company I cant recommend enough. This company was not only affordable, they offered a beautiful garage door upgrade that cost effectively increased the curbside appeal of our house. They worked diligently to make sure their job was perfect and we were satisfied. I find locating good companies with honest owners who are competent in their profession and stand behind their word to be hit or miss these days. Rashid is definitely a hit you should consider.

Called last week to request service for broken torsion spring and opener gear. Mike Rashid was very helpful on phone, said someone would come out later that day (Saturday). Despite the very cold weather service guy was polite and got the job done. I dont usually write reviews unless I am complaining. But this was great service.Would continue to use and support as they have been very helpful in the past.

I gave a three Star rating only because their people were relatively nice when I walked in. I never used them because the two times I walked in the place reeked of cigarettes. When I mentioned that to them, they seemed indifferent and they said the owner doesnt care. I used other people to put in a brand-new garage door and and 8 foot door wall. The ownership doesnt care how bad their place stinks and doesnt care about my health or their employees, so Im not gonna care about their income.

Rashid has always done great work for us. They are timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I called them in the morning and they were here by 9:30, door fixed by 10:00!

Rashid Garage Doors installed a new insulated Safe-Way garage door and LiftMaster opener for us this week. The door is beautiful, and the LiftMaster 8550W is way cool. After the installer left, the door started making a lot of noise. I called today and spoke with Mike Rashid. Within two hours, he sent someone out to fix the door. Great service!

We had a garage door put in March of 2015. April of 2016 the door would periodically not open (you can hear the chain go, but it wouldnt connect and the door would not go up.) I was locked out of my house 3 times. I called for repairs and the repairman said that my garage door was fine and there was no way it was broken because he put it in a year earlier. I was so upset that he basically was calling me a liar. I had my husband call- and he said that he would come out and try 3x- if the door worked, we had to pay him $100 service fee. He came out- lubed a few things-charged us-and its still not fixed. Apparently the owner was out of town. My husband will be calling again to talk to the owner. Very Very Disappointed!

They installed a new garage door opener for us, because we needed a new one with child safety features. Quality work was done at a fair price.

Just called there to make an appointment for a garage door that wouldnt open. By far, the rudest woman ever to deal with the public answered, wouldnt set a date for anyone to come out. For some reason, Redford Garage Door company referred them on their voicemail because they are closed with a family emergency. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.

We had a garage door installed in September and would rate Rashid 5 stars in all catagories,,,,quality of door and motor, expert friendly staff, excellent installers. All was completed within the ginven time frame.We will buy all doors from them in the future.
