Reddy was so very thorough. He walked my father-in-laws house and pointed out potential trip issues. Since his mobility is a problem as well as his poor eye sight, it was truly helpful. He was so patient with my father-in-law, and worked in showing him how to continue his therapy. The weakness is an issue still, but strength training may hopefully help that. But his pain is considerably less, which is a big factor for my father-in-law. Reddy has a pleasant demeanor and is truly caring. We are so glad it have met Reddy. My husbands physical therapist, Vamshi has really made a difference in my husband Norman’s life! When Vamshi started physical therapy with my husband, he had difficulty walking with his walker, now he is using a cane! Our experience with Mike was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what and why he is having you do the exercises. When he started working with my mom after her fall he saw right away what the problem was. We thought she just tripped and fell but she actually couldn’t bend her foot. With the kindness he gave my mom she excited every morning wondering if today was the day she was going to see cutie. That’s what she called him. She would want him to dance with her and she would sing the hokey pokey song to him each visit. When my mom had a second issue with her shoulder Mike’s kindness was welcomed again as always when he helped me get my mom to the doctors. Then he was there to help her through that. Then Mike became my sisters therapist after she had a back surgery. Mike is the best therapist I have ever met and I have met a lot of them. Physical Therapist Reddy Occupational Therapist. Emma and Nurse Aid Britney were very helpful and patient with their patient and family. All were very knowledgeable in their field.

Reddy puts his everything into improving the condition of his clients . Under his patient yet firm direction, my son has made tremendous strides in his rehabilitation! He came home from rehab unable to do anything but be pushed in his wheelchair and now, about 2 months later, he is not only able to transfer back and forth from bed to wheelchair but, incredibly, is able to walk with the aid of a walker inside and recently walked around our driveway!!!! We feel confident that he will continue to improve and be restored to full mobility! But for a less than concerned doctor who allowed orders for needed equipment to sit on her desk for more than a month, I am convinced that my son would be walking without the walker now.

Vamshi is my physical therapist and has been most helpful. He is on time for our sessions, always courteous and considerate. He takes the time to make sure I understand what and why he helps me and I feel I can always get truthful and informative answers. Vamshi started working with me when I was able to lift just one leg and had no stamina to push myself. Excellent care and wonderful communication. My Nurse Taran was wonderful in all services. She was available if and when I needed her. My Physical Therapist, Vamshi went above and beyond in my opinion from other therapists Ive had. He was so kind and gentle. But he gently prodded me to try on days when I wasnt feeling so well. And he encouraged me without being too pushy His bedside manner is such, it makes you want to try a bit harder and I always did. And frankly, I felt better for it. We had Vamshi as our Physical Therapist for Ed for few weeks as Ed fractured his Femur bone from a fall. He could hardly move his leg or stand and walk when Vamshi came to see him for the first time. Now he is much stronger and able to walk with walker/Cane and able to do most of the things that he did prior to fall. We are very happy with his services. Richie from Tone Home Health Services provided home care physical therapy for my mother June 2020-August 2020. My mother would rather stay in bed than to get up. Richie from day one started wonderful appropriate exercises for her at every sessions. He was always professional and respectful. Mom does not warm up to many people but at the end of sessions she had a great workout and a smile on her face. Richie was very conscientious about scheduling appointments and would text me to let me know he was on his way. Unfortunately I cannot get my Mom to consistently continue the exercises as Richie was able to. My Mom is in need of PT again and we have requested Richie for PT. Danielle was amazing from the start. My father has some very complicated health issues and she was extremely through with them all. When my dad had concerns she listened and contacted his health care providers as necessary. She answered all my mother’s questions and concerns and was overall sympathetic and empathetic!!! Overall my family is very happy with the services provided from T.O.N.E. After my father was discharged from a rehabilitation center, the organization contacted us immediately to set up services. My dad’s physical therapist Mr. Reddy was the absolute best. He was on time, kept in constant communication, and was professional but also friendly and funny. My family appreciates all the work he did with my father who looked forward to his visits. Sue, the occupational therapist, was also a pleasure to work with. She taught my father some tips and tricks for becoming self-sufficient again. Both of them have helped my father tremendously, and we will continue to work with my father with the exercises we have learned now that our time with them is done.

Home Health Services for the professional and compassionate health care services that they provided to my father, George Newton, in the final weeks of his life. During the pandemic, public health restrictions limited the available care options for my father, but the T.O.N.E. team of nurses, physical therapists, and home health aides provided the best care and comfort during that difficult time. The services and specifically the staff from TONE were exceptional. They took time and consideration with taking care of our elderly father. We felt as though they truly cared about his well being and progress. Reddy (PT) was focused, determined and set achievable goals and standards for our father. He was extremely professional especially with all the covid safety measures in place. The rest of the team (OT-charolette) SN ( Tina) HHA ( Brittini) were vital in our father’s recovery as well. Charolette always made sure our father was comfortable and she was always encouraging him to do his best. Brittini was professional and organized and we appreciated that. Tina was warm and caring. We feel extremely blessed how this teamWorked together to help our father and our family come up with the best plan for my father’s recovery. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with T.O.N.E. Home Health Care. The level of personal attention and sincere concern for my husband by Reddy the physical therapist was exceptional. Reddy was patient and persevered in helping my husband through with techniques to keep him motivated. I would recommend T.O.N.E. for PT and OT (Taleshia) for any loved ones that need this care.

TONE home health provided excellent care so far for my home health needsReddy my PT is excellent in what he do. Its not the first time I am receiving home care services and every time he came and did excellent job. He is truly concerned about the problem I have and my well being. He has LOT of patience during my session as I habe to stop due to pain because of my arthritis and also I was bending over all the time before we started therapy but now standing straight and walking much better.i would highly recommended TONE home health and I thank you for sending REDDY as my clinician

Never would I use this company! I was Set to start my HHC with a nurse coming out to my house today between 12-1. The nurse never showed nor called. At 1:30 PT called and stated they were on their way to get my case started. Only RN services were ordered and requested. I declined PT and asked for a nurse or someone to call and tell me a new arrival time. It’s now 4pm and after 3 calls to their answering service, no one can give me an answer. After being DC’d on home oxygen and being in hospital for 5 nights, I was looking forward to today’s visit. Never would I depend on TONE..too many small companies needing referrals that would love the work.

Gloria was my nurse. She was veryProfessional and treated me with courtesy and respect. She followed all of the covid guidelines.while treating me.I could count on her to be on time for my treatmentsI would recommend Tone for home health care.And if Im in need of homehealth again,I would use Tone again and request Gloria as my nurse.Patricia I Klein

There are not enough words to express the appreciation and love I have for the health care staff at Tone, the nurse VED, along with the physical therapist SAM was exceptional, the genuine bedside manner shown towards my Mom was so comforting in knowing even in her condition she was receiving the care I would have wanted to give but could not, they treated her like she was their Mother, they showed so much love for her if she could have she would have gotten up and cooked them a meal. Thank you so much for showing much love to the elderly.

I felt my nurse and physical therapist were very pleasant to work with they were very knowledgeable and helped with any questions I had, they were very patient, and prompt. I would recommend both of them to anyone else and I think them for their help.

Tone home care provided exxellent care for me. I have been hospital after a fall and broke my back. PT Reddy Bontha communicated with me promptly after i came home and set up appointment. I was weak and unsteady then and now after therapy he provided i am more stronger in my legs and steady on feet so i can able to walk better. He is not only good at therapy but his communication skills in motivating me and believe in myself so therefore i am more confident on what i am doing. This is the place that i recommend for all home care needs

Reddy Bontha My physical therapist deserves 5 stars because when he started therapy about 4 weeks ago I was barely walking. Now today after few weeks of therapy i am able to walk a block easily. Reddy was kind and personable very thorough and he is knowledgeable about my condition and therapy program he developed for me obsoletely helped me to get back to my self. If I ever needed therapy again I will call TONE and request Reddy for my services and I would recommend Reddy to other people who needs his expertise.

My husband, Hal, was recently hospitalized… and returned home from rehab... weak, shaky, and unsteady.We’re deeply grateful for the reliable and compassionate treatment Hal received from T.O.N.E. We’ll never forget Chris’ skill, “know-how” and expertise... concerning Hal’s wound care.In addition, we “struck gold” with Hals physical therapist, Reddy Bontha! Reddy is thoughtful, impressive, and a “deep well” of knowledge! He positively and consistently encouraged my husbands efforts. I appreciate how Reddy individualized Hal’s treatment and took him OUTSIDE WALKING, which increased Hal’s strength and confidence in many, many ways! My father had a major stroke in September of 2020 and he was in critical care until December where he was moved to rehab (1st time of having rehab since his stroke in September), he was discharged January 20th, 2021 because he wasnt progressing as fast as insurance wanted him to and they told me they werent paying for it and I had to choose home health care or a nursing home. Obviously I chose home health care with Tone.It was amazing I had no clue how to change my dads trach tube or his bandages (from the bed sores after laying for 3 months), our nurse Ved from Tone showed my how to do it all and answered anytime I had questions.Shortly after we got a new nurse because Ved was covering for the nurse that handled our area while she was on vacation. Marissa was just as amazing as Ved.From the stroke my dad was paralyzed on his left side which was really hard for him since he is left handed. Kalpesh Patel (Kal) was my dads Physical Theripist and wow, he has done wonders. He is very firm (but nice) on what he needs you to do and as long as you do it you will see results. My father was bed ridden when Kal first came, after 3 months my dad has starting to walk again. When he first started my dad dreaded Kal coming because it made him sore and the exercises hurt him. Not long after my dad was excited because even he was seeing consistent results. And at the end my dad told him he was gonna miss him and Kal literally looked at him and said Im only a phone call away, anything you need call. It made the transition to outpaient care so much easier.My dads Occupational Theripist was Jessica, now because my dad needed estim for his arm it wasnt as consistent of progress (not Jessicas fault). She was upfront with us at the beginning and told us that the exercises would show improvement just not as fast as PTs would because he needed the electrical stimulation (estim) to get to the nerves. but after 3 months of working with him and doing the exercises he started moving his fingers again.Altogether we had a great experience with Tone they were wonderful.
