We have been using Electrocycle for 4+ years. Always professional and courteous. If we ever need an extra pickup we call the office and we get same day or next day service. Office is open during pickups and when they arrive, they let us know due to the fact shredding kept in outside room, they will wait until we check all of the boxes in office before leaving. I had a terrible experience with Electrocycle. We had a disagreement about the cycle at which they pick up monthly. So i decided to switch to another company. I let them know they can come do a final pick up and take their container. They came in and DUMPED the contents of the shred box in the middle of the floor of my business, and took their container. They are not a certified shreding company. Stay away.

I work directly with the vice president, Matthew Portnoy, who is both friendly and professional, and the level of service I have experienced from ElectroCycle is always top notch. They arrive on time, and the people that pick up the equipment have always been professional and courteous. There are computer hardware recycling companies much closer to my businesses, but I will always continue to work with ElectroCycle due to their low cost and high level of customer service.
