I have not been terribly impressed with this place. I have brought in some equipment to be repaired a few times now. Every time I come there I am shocked at how expensive the repairs are. The last time I brought it there they had it for 3 weeks without fixing it, I finally called and they blamed a supplier for slow delivery. Magically it was ready the next day (I just got the feeling I wasn’t really a priority).2 days later I had the same problem with the machine that they needed for over 3 weeks to fix. When I brought it back they said they would get on it right away. 2 days later I hadn’t heard anything back so I called again. They informed me it was just a loose wire. For some reason that wire took 2 days to fix it they just didn’t bother calling.They seem to know the products but based on the price, time, and customer service I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

Ive bought 2 commercial units for my facility so far and Atomic has been great to deal with. If there are issues their response time has always been quick and prices very fair.

Were sorry! We see all these five stars and something looks very very suspicious! This company and the owner is one of Americas worst and our company wants to take a moment to share this with the world! 1st off their customer service is horrible! We brought in our companys pressure washer to have a part repaired at the manufacturer request. We paid a $40 dollar inspection fee and never got a follow up call back within 90 days. We contacted their company numerous of times to recieve nothing but excuses after excuses. So our management team took a ride over to pay Atomic Cleaning Systems a visit. The owner Eric Thompson was sitting in the front when we arrived. When we asked him questions about our machine he started telling us how damaged the part was on the machine but kept walking us away from the manufacturers request. Then he kept telling us it was our fault for a part being damaged on the machine, but truth is this part was tight sealed by the manufacturer, so we couldnt had damaged it if we tried. He refused to tell the manufacturer the truth about the damages so they refused to repair it! Then he told us that the manufactory company who made this machine was garbage, but when we looked around it looked as if he carried at least 90% of this companys products. Come to find out he was a dealer of this companys products. He kept trying to sell us his wholesale products at well over extreme prices and twisting his words on why he couldnt repair our machine with the original manufacturer part. After we refused his offer Mr. Thompson got very unprofessional and brought our machine out the repair area and walked it pass us out the front door. During this ugly moment little Eric acted like a little child blaming us and the manufacturer for waisting his precious time. Its funny how we waisted so much of little Eric time 90days after the $40 inspection fee without any follow up calls! When we walked out the store we notice little Eric didnt even put the parts back on our machine, so we walked back into the building to ask that these parts be put back on the machine. Then little Eric requested we leave his store or he would call the police. Wow! I thought we were customers! Then little Eric got very very unprofessional using profanity to try to push fear on us as if we were little children. Wow! At this moment our management team agreed that little Eric was one of Americas worst business owners in the State Of Michigan! We warn all businesses and home and garden customers to (BEWARE) of Atomic Cleaning Systems Company and the owner little Eric Thompson. ( Unprofessional and One Of Americas Worst!!!)

Aggravating!! Called about repairing my Karcher electric pressure washer and the lady on the phone gave me every indication they could service it. Two weeks later I get the chance to bring it in and am flatly told they dont service the electrics! Obnoxious waste of my life!
