I came in for a few plaques and they were patient with me and very helpful since it was my first time visiting the business. Their turnaround time was pretty quick (less than a week) and the quality of the work was flawless. I was emailed proofs to make sure I like the design and to inform them of any edits I needed made. They walked me through alternatives based on price/material and allowed me a day to think it over. Really good experience for my first time visiting.

Our sign turned out beautifully! Very impressed with the final product, and it even lights up from black to white in the dark :)

The software system that they use during the quote, design, and approval phase is very user-friendly. Its a great tool for tracking and managing the design and progress of the project. I had the mural installed in my home by their team. They practiced safety throughout the entire time. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very cordial. Excellent service, quality and price. Sabrina and Charlie did and outstanding job repainting our sign and adding new gold leaf to the lettering. A job that was estimated to take 3 days actually took 7 due to the complexity of the gold leaf (and, of course, Michigan weather). Nonetheless, the price estimate did not change. They worked Very hard in some unpleasant heat to do this job and it was worth Every penny we paid for the outcome we hoped to achieve. There is no way drivers along 12 Mile near MIddlebelt will miss the glint of sunshine reflecting from the gold leaf on our sign. Well Done!

Good people, products and prices

Made an order on Friday, July 1st 2016 . They said it will be ready to be picked up on July 5th . I went on July 6th ( a day after they were suppose to be already done ) and they said they are working on other big projects ! Waisted 2 hrs of my time and drove 28 miles both ways. I asked for a refund and I will never do business with them again!

Completely messed up my sign .... Had to make 2 trips to pick it up because they used the wrong logo the 1st time and put holes in wrong spot to hang sign. Disappointed because they did the original sign that was damaged by a storm. You would figure they would have specs since they did entire office complex
