I used to work there. The building itself is not bad, the company offers free coffee and decent food in the breakroom. They dont pay well and the health insurance sucked. The people in the campaigns I worked in were pretty good but there was some clique behavior.

No one returns your calls. I spoke with a lady concerning my 2019 W-2s and when I hung up from her of course the number she had given me disappeared, so I called back and she will NOT return my call. And this has been well over 60 days.

I had one of the best trainers. Her name was Ian. During this difficult time with the virus I was not allowed to remain on the campaign I was originally assigned to. Even though I said I would work for less hours. Having to leave home and go in there with people that were not wearing masks was really terrible. I resigned. The stars are for my trainer and team leader Ian.

Great place to work. Good benefits. Friendly Management. Good pay. Just be prepared to switch positions at any time. You get a 2 week notice if your contract job is over and they will let you know where to look for other contracts within the company. Be prepared to do ANY Customer Service or Tech job for any random company. HS is helpful and Trainers are pretty good (from my 4 contract experience). Good benefits for full time employees. Pay every other week and always on time. You can also work at home or at any of thier locations.

This had to be by far the worst employment experience of my life. They fire everyone for not kissing their asses and putting their family and health first. They let you go if you dont put them first for everything. Youre bathroom breaks are monitored like a grade school child. Youre reprimanded for everything instead of taught how to do better. The leaders dont practice what they preach. How can they be supervisors or managers that dont even know how to do the work that we do? Pointless right? Long story short if you have nothing else in life to do besides kiss these peoples asses for 11.00/hr this is the place to be. Be be warned if a these people dont care about a person that has cancer or any other medical condition just imagine how theyll treat you if youre sick. If youre looking for employment stay away from this shady company. Nothing good comes from this place!

The pay roll department is incompetent. The staff of the OnStar site regularly does not receive their bonuses. They have two months to pay them out and yet they still cant pay them on time. Just to be clear this has nothing to do with OnStar or GM. It is completely concentrixs incompetent management.

Concentrix, former employer. Not providing with paystubs . Went back to the office again and again, they always say that HR is in meeting. Looks like we have to file a complaint in the department of labor.

The absolute WORST company I have ever worked for. I will never recommend anyone work here. They pay you whatever they want, never what youve actually earned by working! The only company Ive ever worked for where they didnt care about paying their employees for the hours they have worked. Have not received an employee handbook since they took over the account at my job a year ago. Poor communication. Actually no communication. They will ignore you until its time to talk some bullshit like attendance. Pay me my money on time and Ill come to work on time. 😊

This place was wonderful at first, it gave me everything I needed at the time. Great money! But after working here for so long you will get fed up, of course with the customers (thats any customer service) but with the management. It is such a high school environment, every knows every one business, people receive favoritism and management is totally unprofessional on so many levels. But even worse you receive training, apply all constructive criticism, give your 100% at all times but if your stats (which is based on a survey given to every single of your customers) are not as they are required to be, management presses and stresses you to go even further, do even more ass kissing, and even more mind tricking. But worst of all I put in my 2 week notice for them to call me in the very next day and tell me I will be terminated immediately. Minacs was a great catch at the time but their turnover rate is so high because they are just that.. A great catch at the time! I enjoy socializing with the people but as a workplace this may not be the best place!

Horrible experience with Minacs/Chrysler STAR center. Horrible management that expects everything from you and will give you nothing in return, and has absolutely no clue on how a technical center is or should be run. No paid PTO except if its scheduled 2 weeks in advance.The benefits that they do offer are extremely expensive. They allow only one call in once every 2-3 months and will write you up if you call in more than once in that time frame. I only worked at Minacs for about one year and seemed like a eternity. KEEP LOOKING, its not worth it.

Unprofessional, Unsatisfied workers due to pay, FAVORITISM shown towards leadership, Site Manager listens to everything the TLs say and Agents are always wrong regardless!! Zero (0) understanding when it comes to PTO even if you have the hours or had it booked in advance theyll shoot you a BS lie like you dont have any. Discombobulated, forgetful, and fake TL that ask agents to do their job because they were promoted for attention not because they know the job. Concentrix wasnt the type of career I was looking for definitely a learning experience.

Was recently employed with Minacs. Taking Tec support calls for Apple. The worst job ever!!! It felt like revisiting High School! The bathrooms were always filthy, the lunch room was filthy the call center was filthy. Some days we didnt have working phones/computers to work on. I would have to get to work an hour early to to find a work phone or computer!!!

I would recommend this place for employment.

By far the worst had a interview with them last month. The interviewer swore up and down I was late but I actually was there a quarter til the interview time. I explained to her that in the email it was stated if I could not print the documents to come in early and fill them out there. Thats exactly what I did I knew mine would not print off so I arrived early got signed in and filled them out. Then had to wait 20 after my interview just for her to come and get me to tell me through the interview I was late what nerves. Then I had another interview arrived early as usual just to wait 45 minutes smmfh ridiculous is what it is smh Ive been applying for several jobs and emailing them and have yet to receive a response

Wonderful place great people

They won the contract with GM over Aerotek which was a great company to work for, Minacs flat out sucks. They monitor everything like the employees are prisoners. They took snippets of my emails to customers and had a meeting with me about them. I had to explain why I put what I did. When I asked did the customer complain about the emails I sent their response was thats not the point. Bull crap that is too the point. They didnt even read the whole email string one of the emails I had to defend I just repeated what the customer wrote.I was suspended on a Friday for telling someone while ON MY BREAK that I would never buy another GM vehicle. Evidently someone overheard me and snitched to Minacs. We will call you on Monday to let you know the results of our investigation. NO CALL! I emailed on Wednesday, got a reply back you will be contacted tomorrow before the end of business. NO CALL AGAIN!If you value your freedoms and want to be treated like an adult and not watched like a hawk like youre a criminal STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Taking calls for Netflix, Over time the customers got really annoying with that annoyance came the high school environment then the management which expected you to turn a bad phone call into a good one. I dont know how you turn a person who just called you the N word into a positive situation but I digress annnnnd quit. Besides that someone hit my truck in the parking lot and took off my entire fender and drove off, no cameras in the minacs farmington hills parking lot which means no one to pay for messing up my truck. The call center always smelled like weed, people would steal your lunch from the fridge. It was just really ghetto. After all that I was done with working there.

The worst company to work for.They do not care for the employees and they do not train you right for the position. THEY expect you to be free 24Hours a day Monday through Sunday. I hate this company and the pay is not worth it.

Worst company I have worked for. Schedule not based on Seniority but you have to bid and even when you bid you still may not get what you want. Only got one raise in the 2 almost 3 years I was employed and that was only 80 cent.
