Andrei has been incredibly helpful in addressing a hacking issue I had with my website. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable.When I initially contacted him, he estimated the time it would take to complete the job and based the initial quote on his estimate. The job ultimately took him almost three times as long to complete due to many years of hacking & viruses, and he still offered to bill what he initially quoted. Although I offered to meet him somewhere in the middle, it was nice to know that a company values its customers and follows through on its promise.
