The drivers for this company are very polite, kind and helpful. I like how their vehicles are well maintained. I have spoken with their customer service team and they are really friendly and prompt. We have trusted Michigan Transportation for years and is highly satisfied with its services. The main thing is that they make us feel safe while transporting.

Careless for others someone I know works here and has had something stolen inside office in Madison Heights, MI . Carl was told and was so non chalant about the situation and didnt care, did not try to help just was told even was clocked out already. Should not trust them
