Very happy with Sean and Dan from Got Junk. They arrived on time,did a great job removing our old wood decking boards, and gave us areasonable price. They were quick and we cant even tell there was apile of bad wood in our backyard when they were done. 5 Stars!

I would definitely hire agin and I would ask specifically for Jake and/or Alfonso. I made the appointment on a Saturday morning and Got Junk arrived within hours. That was impressive in and of itself, but the kudos really go to the workmen who did our job. I dont know who I expected to show up, but Jake and Alfonso surpassed my expectations. They were fantastic! They didnt hesitate to tackle our challenging job, which included moving large exercise equipment up our narrow basement stairwell and doing it without damaging a single wall or doorway. They had excellent communication skills; they explained the pricing and the work plan with me until they were sure I understood it. They clearly planned the whole project smartly to maximize their stamina, as well as the volume of junk they could take in one load. (Indeed, they were so professional, strategic, and composed that I at first thought they might be the franchise owners.) Then they worked quickly and safely, even joking happily with each other and with us. In the end, they packed more in the 15-yard tuck than I thought possible, they did it much faster than we expected, and they left us all in a great mood. The local franchise should give these guys a raise. Otherwise, Jake and Alfonso just might be their bosses one day. ;)

I would recommend this company highly. Upon scheduling, I received a few confirmations as well as an explanation of what would occur when they showed up. Everything was very professional, timely and done quickly. The two men, Jacob and Cody, were very polite and helpful. They came in reviewed the items I wanted out, went over their plan and payments, got right to work, put the items on the truck, cleaned up the area where the items were and left my area neat and clean. I am giving them a 2 star because of the pricing. The workers were excellent! I was disappointed because the person I called quoted me a lower price than what the workers gave me. It was a $150 difference! The receptionist should not give out prices that are that different from what the drivers give.

Very professional. Made sure to watch for family pets and took great care to not damage walls or other surfaces when removing items from home. Always made sure to have masks and other protective gear when around family members which was very appreciative since we have a family member with a lowered immune system.

I was driving home from work east bound on 10 mile road in Novi, when not 1 but 2 of these trucks that were in the left turn lane, decided they wanted to go straight. They cut in front of me with no signal, and I was inches away from being decapitated.

Wade and Christian arrived on time to collect building debris from a new deck installation. Price quote was very reasonable compared to renting a dumpster. All the waste was picked up and loaded onto their truck in about an hour! Both were very courteous and represented 1-800- GOT JUNK exceptionally well. Horrible experience with this group. They ransacked te house clearly looking for valuables. They did not remove what they claimed. They left debris all over the house and strewn on driveway. They left soda cans in the freezer that blew up. They left a window open which put the security of the entire house in danger. This was not junk removal. It was piracy and pillage. They ought to refund our entire cost. Based on our experience, dont even begin to believe the other reviews.

Wade & Cory were our guys. They were very professional and very careful while hauling all our junk out from our basement. Many trips up and down 14 steps to the basement then 4 more outside. Awesome group of guys that came out. Wade and his associate just got right to work and pounded out my fathers whole apartment in about 2 hours. They were extremely courteous, almost too much, but appreciated. The only knock to them was they didnt have any sort of wheeled cart or dolly to help. Luckily I had some extra wheeled containers that worked out.

This is the place to go if you want stuff moved out of your house!! I read in other reviews that the price is high but honestly you get what you pay for. They handle things with care so they dont cause damages to your house. I had a big refrigerator removed from my basement. I actually lost sleep worrying how they were going to get it out. The two gentlemen that came was D’andre and unfortunately I failed to get the other gentlemens name but they were both so nice, made me feel comfortable and made removing a fridge look so easy. They took care of it without leaving a mess or any damages. I am so impressed with them and will definitely hire them in the future. Thanks guys for being so kind and professional.

Darrell and Damon (I think that was their names) helped me out so much when they came to pick up 2.5 bedloads worth of concrete. Not only were they done in an hour, but they also gave an accurate estimate before starting and called twice before arrival to make sure I knew when to expect them. They were so friendly as well. I felt that they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They even swept up after picking up the concrete and spent a few minutes picking up the small rocks that had broken off from the large chunks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We called 1800 GOT JUNK to remove the pool table that came with our house, as well as a bunch of junk the previous owners left in the rafters of our garage. Mitch and Brandon showed up right on time, were extremely professional, and did a great job. It was not an easy job, but they did it quickly, cleaned up after demolishing and removing the pool table. They also kept us updated on their progress and when we were reaching the amount they quoted us.
