We are very disappointed in our service. My buyers are very dissatisfied. Our closer Collin seemed annoyed with my clients. My clients even stated that. Jennifer the processor was annoyed that I called so many times asking questions ( took them 2-3weeks to call me back).. but when I said I was going to leave a review she was really nice. The manager Ann was very nice on the phone but I reached out to her three times and after me stating to Jennifer that I was going to leave a review they finally answered my call. They didn’t verify my buyers address and got it wrong now they want us to fix it when they didn’t do their due diligence. We asked for a service that we did not receive. They sent the list agent my commitment documents primary never sent me my commitment documents and then stated to me that they sent them to me at a certain time but never did. Primary title is very rude unprofessional and I would advise everyone I know not to use them.It’s very sad and disappointing.My husband and I refinanced our house and actually used primary title just not in Farmington Hills we used their other location. On our deal they even messed up our paperwork and now we have to go down town.You did not fix the problem yet. And no one has contacted anyone back.. my clients need their address fixed. They shouldn’t have to deal with the problem you guys caused.Paul & Jessica Henning

Just closed on two homes for clients last week and everyone at Primary Title did a great job getting us to the closing table quickly. Had some complicated deals but it was no problem for Primary. Its a pleasure to work with Armanda, Denise, Shirley and Zack! My clients also appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude. I highly recommend Primary Title!

Primary Title is a great company to work with. Everyone I have worked with is very professional, responds quickly and is helpful and friendly. Carl goes above and beyond to get the deal done quickly and thoroughly. As do all the others at Primary whom I have worked with. Denise is quick to answer my emails or calls, Cindy got me a document I needed for a closing without me even asking for it, Nicole helped me get the answers I needed, Amber came out to do a closing and was so patient when things took longer than expected. Best customer service! Fast, efficient and professional.

They lack the ability to respond to emails or phone calls. My client requested a status update a week ago and no one responded. I then requested for someone to respond to the email and again no response. Closed remotely and haven’t received documents 10 days after a closing even though they were supposed to be received 2 days later. Also, the home warranty was not handled correctly. First and last encounter with this title office. Also, rude workers who don’t seem to want to help but instead imply they’ve done what they are supposed to do.

They mailed my customers insurance payment more than 60 days late and were $3 short. To make up the difference, they over nighted my office $3 in assorted change ranging between pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters. It looks like someone went rummaging around through the cup holders in their car to make up the difference in payment. Unprofessional to say the least...

I am still in awe! My deal was very complicated and several hiccups - they swiftly worked through and kept me informed every step of the way. I was referred to them due to the experience they have in the industry, and I am positive it would not have gone so smoothly if I had gone somewhere else!

Closed on my home, Wednesday, November 14th, 2018. After closing, I went to the city to pay my final water bill in full. Then, I called and left a message for Armanda in the water escrow dept who is holding my water escrow check, to find out if I had to mail proof/fax proof of final payment on my waterbill or could I email it. She never returned my call the 14th. 15th, or 16th of November. So, the morning of November 19th, 2018, I called primary title to get Armandas email so I could send proof of final payment on my waterbill. After I got off the phone, I sent proof via email that my final water bill was paid in full. I received email confirmation same day from Armanda that she would release my water escrow bill. I heard nothing and received nothing in the mail so I called on Dec 3rd, 2018, which is 14 BUSINESS days later and spoke with Armanda who remembered me emailing proof and apologized (not sincerely) for not getting my water escrow check in the mail. She told me that she would get it in the mail today (which was Dec 3rd, 2018). Now here we are 5 BUSINESS days later and I still have not received my check. Total time from when I sent proof of final waterbill paid in full until today, Dec 10th, 2018, is 21 days. If it took me 21 days to get a check in the mail, I think my employer would be writing me up or possibly even let me go from the company. Very disappointing and sad. I will not be using Primary Title in the future and I hope you think twice before you do! You may get a run-a-round headache like I got or WORSE!! Your time is valuable, not just theres. Now I have to reach out yet again to find out where my check is. Ugh!UPDATE 12-11-18 : Changing my review to 4 stars because after reaching out to a suprivisor, Ann Casey, who was very apologetic, she was able to rectify the situation and, got my check to me the next day! Thank you Ann!!

Only place I use. Highly recommend.

Did not check taxes paid (payable) by Vendor when settlement numbers were calculated. Bad service.
