Brought 2 bottles and when I decided to use them one was cracked under the nozzle making it unable to use.Update, since notifying the company of this problem I must say they corrected the problem and sent me a new nozzle. That’s great customer service. Bottles work perfect. I change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

I utilize spray bottles a lot in my maker shop for all kinds of tasks. Bought this one because I have had an amazingly hard time finding a reliable sprayer. Turned out to be just another in a long line of poorly made bottles/sprayers. The pump mechanism is completely useless. An absolute trash product and a total waste of money. Buyer beware.

The spray mechanism seems solid but the wide mouth version leaks terribly no matter how tight you get it. Man, seems like a simple fix of a narrow rubber washer would correct the problem. You guys HAVE to correct this or youll certainly be out of business!

The worst spray bottle I ever purchased. The nozzle will stick you almost have to rap it on the wall to free the trigger up on it . BAD PRODUCT .

I bought their product because it had a 5yr warranty, didnt even last 8 months. Contacted them about warranty, had to send them photo of receipt and bottle. Was told they would ship out a replacement right away. That was on 3/20. As of 4/5 still have not received. AVOID THEIR SPRAY BOTTLES.****UPDATE I received the replacement bottle on 4/9 a few days after contacting them a second time via email, which they never responded to.

Very responsive and generous in providing the color coded &effective bottles we use at our Doggie Daycare.

Does not spray like advertised plus it leaks from the pump area. Very disappointed.

My bottle quit working right after a few uses. I cant adjust the spay and it leaks from the top.

Garbage product. Bought 3 bottles from Walmart. All 3 stopped working after first pump.
