I should read the review. Scheduled an estimate in advance and took a time off from work for whole morning. But no one showed up. I even called to confirm the appointment on that day and was told the tech would be there on time. Never going to use this company!

I called the company for an estimate as I was having an issue with my chimney. They scheduled an estimate for two weeks out and I arranged to be off work and have my dogs out of the house. The man performing the estimate called after the scheduled appointment window. He asked me to send pictures of the inside of my chimney. When I asked what they were for he made a lot of excuses and ultimately told me there was no benefit in him coming to do the estimate. He then sent me an email as if he had done the estimate, tell me to schedule work? Not sure what that means? My guess is he just didn’t feel like coming and wanted the company to think he did. I wouldn’t waste your time or money on this place.

The guy flaked on us and told us he was too dirty to come clean my chimney. When I asked when it could be rescheduled he said he or the office would call me. I never got a call back. Guess they don’t want my service. I called Skyline Chimneys and he came out the next day. Don’t use Dr. Sweep.

I scheduled a appointment which was a week later. Waited for a week and then they call me that they can’t come in today and will reschedule later today. Didn’t got a call back. I called them next day and no one answered. I got a call for rescheduling 2 days later and they had appointment for me a week and a half later. Really disappointed wasted my time.

Had a guy named Adam come out for an inspection and a quote. Really knowledgeable and easy to work with.
