Although I have been a customer for over a year and a half close to 2 years my policy was canceled during covid after 2 days Im not making my premium so Im a little discouraged with this company because they took my money only to cancel me later and Im not so sure if Im not being discriminated against

Was told misinformation on my policy, and was very inconsiderate because my account fell behind. This office shows no compassion whatsoever even if you try to work with them. And had the nerve to get upset because I contacted the customer support office because I wasn’t getting concrete answers as to why my policy was still high when I was told by his office a different amount, and continuously kept making me feel even more discouraged. But like any other unprofessional egotistical boy he’ll try to make it seem like nothing was did wrong on their end!

They know the clients even when the contact is minimal. Professional service and great prices!

This agent is very dedicated to offering clients the best rates. Although I had a current policy with another State Farm Agent fir Homeowners Insurance I waited and never heard from them on car insurance.After no response I went to Mr. Thorpe. Thank you Sir.
