I previously went to a place for a muffler and they were rude to me and talked badly to my face. So I was just trying to find a place that had good reviews I found mr muffler and called them they were close to closing, but they fit me in and worked on my car and had me in and out in no time. The team did a fantastic job. Gary was no nonsense with coordinating my drop off and brake rotor and pad replacement. I bought some performance grade rotor and pad kit and they installed at a reasonable price.The BMW dealership quoted $950 for just the rear brake rotors, pads, and sensors. Another BMW dealership quoted $1150 for just the rear. I used to do my own brakes as a youngster, so I’m scratching my head.Called the shop and Gary said come on over. By the time I was able to drop my vehicle off, he initially put in the rear rotors and pads. He recommended go ahead do the front for symmetry and did it that same day without any hassle. I picked up my vehicle the next morning and the brakes worked really well.The only thing that I had to figure out on my own after getting home was to reset the brake fluid and rear brake pad service required indicators. I was able to do that pretty easily with some recommendations from some online forums and videos.

Mazda dealer didn’t install the CAT because my car was too old they said, so I stopped by this shop near the dealer and they installed it right away within an hour. Great job and friendly staff.

Brought my car to this shop because my car sounded louder than expected when accelerating. Turns out I did need a repair. The gentleman who helped me was really nice and not pushy to get my vehicle repaired. My car got fixed within an hour and I was on my way. No more loud exhaust and gas mileage and horsepower has improved! Will definitely return for future repair needs.

Mr. Muffler saved the day (and my vacation). I called Gary at like 9am and he had me fixed and back on the road by 11am. My car was VERY loud due a large leak near the center of my exhaust. Gary was incredibly nice from the initial phone call, to quoting, to when we picked up my Jeep. The exhaust pipe had been damaged and bent to where it was blowing against the bumper, causing the inside of it to melt. They got it fixed in just a few hours and its looking as good as new. Very fair prices as well. We will definitely be coming back here for any of our car repair needs.

I would definitely recommend Gary to friends and family looking to get routine maintenance done. I went in knowing my brakes needed new pads and possibly new calipers, and probably new rotors at least on the front left. Gary worked out a fair price with me and rebuilt my calipers, installed new brake pads, and new rotors on both of my front wheels. I’m very happy with the work and will certainly return for service in the future.

If you’re going to give Muffler Man business, I advise you to go to a different location. Was Quoted $500 to weld up two mufflers. “Lotta custom work has to be done”. Lmao yeah right, took my car to a different muffler man and was quoted $250 for the exact same job. They determine price on how stupid they think you are and the value of your car here, not the actual job. Highly advise against this location.

Dont let the name Mr Muffler fool you. They do way more than just that!I had an emergency while traveling to Detroit area on business (4 hours from home).I came out to the parking lot of my hotel at 6:30am to begin my days journey. Hop in, turn the key, and...nothing. No clicking or turnover of engine. I self diagnose it as a starter issue. My 2006 BMW X5 has just under 200K on the odometer so a starter seemed logical. Look all around under the hood, even under the vehicle to find the starter to give it a whack or two. Its inaccessible.I call around and find Mr Muffler at the suggestion of another location that doesnt do work on foreign cars. I spoke to Gary who got things moving. He set up a tow from another company and I was getting taken care of in a matter of minutes. I was only 4 miles from Mr Muffler so I was at the location in 30 minutes.Mr Muffler had a long queue before me. Gary was realistic with the time line of when the car would be done. Mind you, I still have to drive 4 hours home when I am done with my trip.I called twice to check in on the vehicle and Gary was again realistic and courteous. Some shops have been short with me checking in on my cars. The starter and wire harness were replaced the next day!I dont live in the area, but I would be back there for every servicing issue that they are able to handle if I were.Thank you Gary and the team at Mr Muffler.

My exhaust system started making noise late Wednesday night. So this morning, I called the Ford dealer first and they told me that they could not take me until early next week. I called Mr. Muffler & Brakes and spoke with Gary. He said he could take a look at my car today when I got to the shop. Gary was very professional and personable (on the phone and in person). He provided me with exact directions to auto shop. When I arrived, Gary came out to greet me and pulled my car into one of the bays within 5 minutes of my arrival. He explained the issue within 10 minutes and then provided me with the options to address the issue. I made my choice and filled out the necessary paperwork. Gary informed me that my vehicle would be ready within an hour. My vehicle was ready within the hour and the invoice matched what I was quoted without any hidden extra fees. My car was loud, wasn’t sure what part of the exhaust system needed help, I called Mr. Muffler to see if I could bring in my 2011 Equinox for diagnosis Saturday morning. I was told to bring my car in, and they were able to diagnose and retrofit the center muffler (catalytic converter, pipes etc.) within a few hours! Happy with the results so far! Will update if something changes.
