Delicate Moving was pleasure to work with! My two movers (Aaron & Eli) were great -- very professional, hard working and extremely nice! They showed up right wen they said they would and got everything moved from one apartment to the next in a timely, safe manner. They even helped move a coffee table that had delicate sea shells under a glass cover and not a single thing was broke! These guys are awesome -- the pricing is very reasonable and they provided great communication from start to finish. They helped make the move a little less stressful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move in the Dallas area.

Amazing!! I have never used movers before and was skeptical on how the process would go but it was so easy. I spoke with Travis and told him what all I had so they could bring the appropriate truck size and he very helpful with explaining the process so I didnt have to worry about anything. They arrived on time, wrapped up everything, and wouldnt let me lift a finger. I wish I got the names of the two gentlemen that moved us because they were so kind and professional. Nothing was damaged in the move. There was more than plenty space in the truck for everything and they even took care of moving a couple very large house plants for us! 10/10 Service. 10/10 Recommend.

These movers were super friendly and conscientious. It was raining during my move, so they covered everything with plastic so it wouldn’t get wet. They paid attention to small details like centering furniture on a wall. I moved from an older home to a newer home and one of the gentleman gave me a heads up that my dryer plug needed to be different from what I had on the dryer. He told me what to get from the hardware store and then put it on for me before reconnecting it at my new home. I will definitely call them again the next time I need something moved.

My daughter recently used Delicate Moving to load a her furniture, etc to move back to Colorado from Dallas. Her movers did an outstanding job - preparing items for loading and an amazing job packing the truck for the 12 hour drive. Nothing moved in the truck and all was in tact when we arrived in Colorado. It seems I’ve moved endless times over the last 20 years, so I’ve had quite a few experiences with movers. I’ve now used Delicate Moving twice in the last two years, and was so pleasantly surprised that the 2nd experience was identical to the first! They were courteous, punctual and conscientious - even thinking a couple of steps ahead of me on a number of things. I’m generally not big on referring any company (in any industry), but knowing how they were the only company to far exceed my expectations (both times), I would definitely give them the “golden seal” of approval and recommend them to everyone!

The team was very punctual and made sure the items being moved were safe, secure and free of any damage. My experience was no less than AWESOME with Delicate Movers! Their name describes their service so well. After many past extremely horrible experiences with other companies and crews, I was so surprised and literally STAR strucken by DELICATE MOVERS and the three awesome, strong, kind, respectful, careful, efficient and professional sweet movers, that arrived, promptly on time. They worked so well as a team (I wish I had gotten names, but think one name was Travis. Sorry did not get names, because I was deliberately keeping my distance because of the horrible past experiences I had experienced with different companies! SO SORRY!); they listened very well, treated all my massive, heavy furniture and home (just had new flooring installed), with White Glove treatment and respect, and delivered service with calm, kind, caring, sincere and wonderful smiles, which wiped my stress away; I was speechless! My furnishings took brutal strength and knowledge lifting, due to; huge, heavy marble slabs, huge thick and heavy glass tops, and massive heavy and tall armoires, mirrors, very heavy & delicate furniture. This was the most stress-free move Ive ever had! Not only were they prompt and extremely communicative prior, but I was blown away by the service. I had lots of fragile furniture (glass top table, mirrored dressers and nightstands) and they packaged them so safely I wasnt even worried about them in the truck!! They packed the truck so efficiently that even when I arrived to Colorado, my un-loaders were blown away by how well everything was packed. They moved all my stuff within 3 hours and I would definitely recommend them for any services moving forward.

We used Delicate Moving, absolutely wonderful. They wrap your furniture in blankets then shrink wrap. They treat your furniture like theirs, so careful. The guys we had seem to really enjoy their jobs, joked an had fun while working. Genie the owner will set you up with exactly what you need. Affordable an delicate!

I’m mortified. The company was scheduled to come between 8am and 10am. Two guys show up at 9:30am. Started moving stuff. Then 30 min later I am told that one of the guys is leaving and they will be sending a new crew. The reason, as I was told, is because one of the guys “was in his feelings”. I then got a phone call from the company that the two guys apparently had a falling out and they would be referring me to another company to hopefully get me moved the same day. The two guys were still in my home moving things and apparently not told that by the company. I informed them what I heard so that they would stop moving my things onto their truck. Then one of the guys came back in and aggressively said “so they are sending another company!” I watched the guys take stuff off the truck and unwrap it when they started arguing in my home. Then one guy asked the other to step out in the from yard all in front of my 5 year old daughter. This is completely unprofessional. My daughter was scared as was I. I do not recommend this company and believe this should be reported so that others are not put in the same circumstances as we were. Moving is stressful enough.

I was recommended by an employee of the company to use Delicate Moving. I was a little nervous because I never use movers. Comparing prices with other moving companies in the area, they have really affordable and fair prices. They were not pushy to use their company as other companies will call you a few days later if they havent heard from you.Genie (office staff) was so patient and she had all the information I needed. When it came to moving day, Ken and Gentry were so kind, funny, friendly, and transparent. They were efficient with their time, but also made sure to answer any questions I had about the moving process. They made sure to wrap and protect all my valuable furniture. It was such a great investment. I will be using Delicate Moving again and tell all my friends about which moving company I recommend!

Very hard working crew! This was the first moving service we have ever used! The crew arrived on time and went to work. Estimated time to load was 8 hours and they finished in 7. Not one mark on any wall or doorway. Could not have asked for more. I even tipped the guys for excellent service.

First off, I have never left a Google Review before, but opened up a G-Mail account just to leave a review for such a fine company.I had just completed a 1400 mile trip from the Eastern Seaboard to North Texas and was exhausted. I had to get the moving truck back the next day by early afternoon - and was really pressed for time.I called four other moving companies before I contacted this establishment.I called Delicate Movers and explained my situation. I believe I spoke with the owner. He was very gracious, and was able to fit me in for a move with only a 14 to 16 hour advance notice.I described the vehicle and he suggested three movers to expedite the process. I agreed and then described what I had on the truck in greater detail. He gave me a quote which was super, super reasonable - and less expensive than the first four companies I had spoken with.He was very up-front and transparent about the cost(s) and fees. Then twenty minutes later, the phone rang - it was Delicate MovingThis industry is rife with problems and horror stories - so I braced myself for bad news. The owner said to me I have a price adjustment that I need to make for you. I thought to myself - Well here it comes.The owner said after discussing the contents of your vehicle with my movers, I think we can do the job with two people instead of three; so we are going to knock the cost down for you a bit; and true to his word - he certainly did.In this day and age, what company does that? I was already impressed.The movers arrived on time, were very polite, were careful with my belongings (some of them very fragile) and worked steadily without stopping. The Pros:1. Competitive pricing (likely due to COVID-19 and a drop is customer demand)2. The Delicate Mover employees were great to work with and appeared to do a good job packing things3. The lead person was excellent in communicating with us to understand our concerns and expectations4. The team of folks worked extremely long hours to complete this job5. They were very accommodating with helping bring loads of clothing to the house using the truck. This would have taken several car loads to complete otherwise.The Cons:1. By day 2 staff changes begin to occur. Same for day 3. There were 2 consistent employees, the others seem to be new hires based on the level of instruction they needed throughout the process (my assumption)2. We were told all movers would be employees, no contractors. This was not the case and by the last day, there was a distinctive difference between those that cared about doing a good job, and those who could care less.3. This was a 3 day pack, 2 day move. On the last day, items were simply thrown into boxes. Some glass items were broken and somethings were not wrapped. Just trashed in a box4. The new house, 1st floor is all hand-scraped hardwood. Furniture was dragged on floors, scratching the floors. (contractors)5. One upstairs bedroom was not completed as a mirror was not added to the back of a dresser. After calling the next day for someone to complete this task, no one returned or called to address this issue.6. The day after the final move, we reported that a bedroom side table/drawer was damaged, as a chunk of wood was broken off (contractors). Called to submit a claim on this an other small issues. I was told that someone would contact us within 48hours. 3 weeks later and no one has called or emailed us back.One of the reasons this company was selected was because of the competitive pricing AND the owner assured us that all his folks were employees and thats what distinguished him from the others. Absolutely no contractors. Not true and NOT cool.. Had we known otherwise, we might have selected the competitor at a slightly higher rate but well known a a national moving service.Lessons learned...

Robert and Billy were our two movers... I had a strict two hour quote I was trying to keep. These two busted tail and got my 1 bd room packed up and moved in just over two hours.. they were very courteous and Genie who said it up for me told me about the specials and was super sweet. Everything was moved with care, and not in the typical rushed manner from most movers, what I loved the most was that they shrink wrap your mattress/box springs..anything else if a need. Professional at stacking, and arranging your items, protecting-wrapping and taping blanketed items. Note: it always helps to bring old blankets of your own. Great service for a reasonable price. I will use them again.

They broke my 4 months old dining table legs & blamed it on the table, it was like that he said, its a brand spanking new $1200 dining table, they were folding the moving blankets on my time ($129/hr), fold them on your own time, one guy had his music on his phone speaker for everybody to hear, nobody have to hear the language he likes in his music . Will not recommend.UPDATE : (5/15/19) The google guarantee does not cover any property damage & the movers insurance covers $0.60 a pound, so if you have something valuable and heavy you are screwed if they damage it .

I wouldve written a 5 star review, however, I had multiple issues. Fortunately it wasnt anything that could be helped, but it was how the office handled it. They made me a priority when one issue arose, which was great, but when I called the office at one point to see about an ETA on my truck, they told me theyd call me back right away and never did. I had to call back an hour later to get the information I requested. Other than that, the moving crew was great. Aaron and his partner took amazing care of my stuff and they were very down to earth. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had Delicate Systems move me from Allen to Austin back in July. My experience with quoting, scheduling, and everything up to and including the move was great, however trying to follow up with them in regards to some items damaged during the move has been a tiring and strung out process. The movers were friendly and worked hard. Dino was awesome, and I enjoyed working with him during loading and unloading. The truck was packed 100% full, and unfortunately a few items of mine were damaged. It took quite a few months to get resolution in regards to compensation for the damages, which was the only challenge working with the company. If it wasnt for this issue Id give them 5 starts without a doubt.

Delicate moving systems was very easy to work with and professional in their business. They brought a nice big truck to fit all my belongings and shrink wrapped and padded the equipment very well. The most impressive aspect was that they finished the job very quickly while being careful to handle the furniture safely. The movers were courteous and friendly so I also gave them a nice tip per their request. I would recommend using them for your moving services.

No show I just wanted to say that this company promise to move me on 03-31-2018 between 1-3pm, no one never showed up, I called left a message twice, Cynthia Taylor finally call me about 3:30 to tell me that 1 of the guys hurt his back and they have no replacement, at least she recommended me to another company, and they was not going to be able to come out until 8 pm and they was a nice group of guys,Now the only reason why I booked with this company I was going to try them out because I work for a company that deal with all the major builders in the metroplex and a lot of time we need to hire movers, and I was going to start using this company if they had done a good job, But as you see it was a move from hell. The movers did not get me moved until 12 midnight

I had been referred to Delicate Moving from a neighbor. The office manager, Genie, was very informative and was easy to work with. She sent me a quote via email for our move of office furniture from a business to my home. The moving team called me to see if they could arrive early and I told them the earliest they could arrive was 4:30. They arrived promptly and efficiently disassembled the furniture and moved it. It did take some extra time and cost extra as they sat in traffic on the way to my house. The moving team was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and everything was moved with care. I would recommend them and use again. Thank you!

Billy Larry and Allen came to help me move. I oversaw every moment of the move. They were very careful not to damage a thing, they worked fast, and were very polite. I would recommend delicate moving to any of my family or friends. A+ #1

My family of four moved from a one story home to a two story home on a very hot Texas day. Charles and his crew were on time. They were very professional and courteous. They went out of their way to be of help to my family on a very stressful day. I have used movers on 7 other occasions and this was the smoothest move ever. This was the best moving experience Ive ever had Billy and Robert were so personable and took care of everything with care. Ive had bad experiences with movers in the past but they reassured I will be taken care of and I was. I will definitely refer others and use them again myself. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I am a happy repeat customer! The last move they did for me was in cold, pouring rain. They worked for hours in the rain to move our whole house, but they delivered everything intact and dry! They took great care of our things! The next time I need to move, Ill call them again.

Delicate moving systems provided great service and handle my furniture with care. They called prior to arriving and arrived on time. Its difficult to find a company that will move my piano but Delicate Moving did not hesitate to move it from the second floor. The mover Kenneth was extremely polite and very professional. I’m very paranoid about trusting moving companies. Billy, Victor, and Allen were our movers. Their professionalism was top notch and their moving of my furniture was flawless. These guys are highly recommended.
