I initially gave Proto a poor review because they didnt respond to my email attempts to receive warranty service. I am updating my review because I personally received a phone call from the company after my 4th email indicating my displeasure with the Protos customer service. The person who contacted me was very apologetic and asked me to go through the steps I took to receive service and seemed very concerned that the company would analyze where their internal process failed to operate in a satisfactory manner. I was quite impressed with the response and the sincerity of the staff at Proto Industrial Tools. I purchase my tools for two reasons: quality and warranty. Proto stands behind their tools and offers great quality at an acceptable price point.
