Kristen was the best all around. So helpful and their pricing was great. Best price around for my project which included a 3/8 tempered curved 8 ft piece of glass for a shelf. Great email communication. Had a slight hiccup at delivery due to arriving early which they gracefully came back at the scheduled time. Would use em again!

I had to order some mirror braces/bottom frames for our remodeled bathrooms. I picked them up but notices they we too big once I got home. I called the manager and he corrected the problem immediately, sent out an installer who installed them correctly while my contractor watched. He did not have to do that but insisted it be done correctly. They did not charge me a service call and did it for free. What great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Absolute conn artists, cut my glass wrong size, refused to recut it, then they said they will and called me a week later gave me The Same Glass in a different Wrapper,,, insisting is a different one still the Wong size,,, I was so Disgusted with the just Dimpped the glass and went to another glass place up the road,,, just avoid the thieves,,,,

Its not good glass server because Im five days ago order only one glass but still not ready my glasses

I asked for 8 4x6 mirrors ended up with 4 because of “miscommunication” and they also came dirty and were hard to clean.
