Most frustrating experience of my life! I was lied to from top to bottom, I even got the phone number to the Vice President (Jim Geller) who was incapable of getting anything done. Everyone I dealt with blew me off, told me they would come to the house or have another person contact me which never happened until I called an complained. I finally fired them and went with Tri-Star which was the best! Everyone I dealt with at RS was unprofessional, wouldnt return phone calls and lied about follow up contact. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Going through the restoration process after a water heater flood. Ryan Sparks is top notch. He was empathetic to our loss, masterfully went to work to get drying equipment in place, and worked really quickly and diligently to ensure we are set up for a successful repair. I hope no one ever needs this kind of restoration - but if you do call Restoration Specialists and ask for Ryan

Restoration Specialists took care of my water damage following a water heater leak. They were fast to my house and thorough in clean up. Once the water was cleared and everything dried they worked to get my damage repaired. Of course my insurance company tried to take some short cuts, but Restoration Specialists was not having it! They submitted their own estimates and negotiated with insurance to return my home to the state it was in prior to the damage. Actually, as I write this I would argue that I am happier with my replaced flooring/painting/ and sink replacement! No one likes to come home to a water damaged home. Restoration Specialists turned my terrible moment into as positive an experience as I have had as a home owner. No hesitation recommending this company!
