Arrived two hours early and they didnt start unloading until 40 minutes after appointment. I was unloaded very quickly and on my way an hour after my appointment time. People I spoke with were friendly. They did come out and disconnect my brake line but when they came back out the guy barely made any effort to reconnect it. Thing was barely on there.

Still waiting for a door. And there is no driver restroom. Has been boarded up. And cant leave. The clerk said your just going to have to hold it.

Slowest place to load. Been in door 8 hrs. Not doing this again. NOPE . NEVER AGAIN. Incompetence at its finest.

Loading time was nice and quick. Very short wait for paperwork too.Did have a little trouble finding the place as the building number was faded and unlit. No signage was visible, but it may have been hidden by another truck parked on the street.

Hey Joe C, Ill do ya one better, I had an 1100am for Jan 5, and I was loaded by 2305pm on Jan 4, yup 12hrs earlier than my set appointment. Check-in office very friendly, I even said I was here the night before my 1100am appointment, asked what would be the earliest I can check in, she replied 6am, I started my way out, thought it wouldnt hurt to ask, if there was any chance of getting loaded tonight, she said she would look into it and to write down my cell #, I got the call to dock at 2058pm.....much Thanks to the Shipper!!!!!P.S. may want to lower those spot lights above the docks, I found the one near/above door 6, hard to see the front end of the truck on our left, got out to check but the driver came out too to help and ensure I cleared his truck, thank you driver!

Very quick load ... took less than 2 hours and I was abt 4 hours early .... friendly staff ... loved my experience

Nice people, but do not show up too early. My appointment was at 4pm, I checked in at 1pm and was told a door will be open soon and they would call me..... Well as of 4:30pm no call and Ive seen multiple trucks leave. So they dont care if your early. Thats fine, but when I showed up they said Id be in very quickly..... Uggggg

My apt. Was for tomorrow the 17th and they loaded me the 16th..that was great..

Name of the game is SPEED. These guys are no joke, loads a truck in minutes.....

I arrived at 1030 for a 1200 apt, and they had me loaded and gone by 1130! Much faster than I expected based on the reviews! Super pleasant folks, too!

They are pretty quick to load, but the yard is a bit tight to maneuver in.

They load you on your appointment time, so if you come early you will wait. It took them 4 hours to load me. Nice people but dont be in a hurry. Parking on the street. Shipping on the first floor, restroom on the second floor.

Nice people loads not to heavy you can park by the abanded warehouse over night if you get there early or get loaded and just need to do a 10

Directions for trucks: I635, take midway Rd exit, go north on midway Rd, turn right on spring valley Rd (McDs on Corner), turn left on Gillis, about 1/4 mile on right. Plenty of parking on street curb will try to get you in early if you show up a day early.Highs: fast at loading and unloading, great area to walk around if youre a day early, plenty of restaurant options on Midway Rd if you dont mind the walk.Lows: Jimmy Johns and other food places will deliver but it is a nice hike to the restaurants besides McDs.

Not a restaurant, distribution warehouse. Its kinda tight to bump the dock, but its doable. Parking available on the street.If youre delivering here, MAKE SURE THEY BREAK YOUR SEAL, if you break it you bought it.

Parking is tight but they got us checked in and loaded in 1 1/2 hrs. Friendly staff, clean restrooms Truckers can use, and a few vending machines. Thanks for keeping it professional!

They dont care about outside companies they prefer to load locals first and lie about your load about something being wrong with your load and you might just want to disconnect from your trailer because they dont know how to load..

I would put 2 stars for delay and bad, small docking area, but I had complicated - 4 drops load, and NEITHER stop gave me headaches such as an OSD.Appointment 12pm, got load confirmation by 12:40 pm, plus driving in a traffic from Fort Worth brought me there by 2 pm. Broker said load is ready for shipping.Receiving (very polite and patient girl) said load is not ready and we still working on it.OK. Heading back & forth to receiving didnt really help and I got loaded by 8 pm. Was a bit angry but on other hand cooled down when realized that usual traffic in Dallas is already down.I suppose, it was my bad day, as soon as I saw few trucks were loaded in 40 minutes while I was waiting on mine.

Dont know what you all been smoking who say fast loading, ive been here for 4 hours n still havent been loaded, they ssy they are working on it, whst the hell they working on, theres only two trucks here including me n they are not even close to loading me, lets get rolling ppl

Gave me doc on my appointment time, they usually take bit time to load you. Tight space for docking, they let you use restrooms . You can park on street, alot of space for overnight parking near the warehouse.

Always fast and friendly. They will even let you park onsite if you are out of hours. Pleasure to deal with!!

Very fast at unloading you but open your doors b4 u back in no matter what they say come at your schedule time because theres no parking and backing into and a door is right if theres other trucks already there

I just do the fuel there.

Five stars for the staff, not so thrilled about there space.

Apparently they load in order of appointment regardless of arrival time. I was here an hour early for a 1900 appointment, the guy next to me was here three hours late for an 1800. Hes getting loaded as I type and theyre still pulling my load off the shelves. I hope to never come back here again. This place is a disorganized nightmare.
