PetSmart in Faribault does an excellent job with all my pets! This time we requested Courtney to groom our 14 year old corgi. She is the only person we feel comfortable with for our old guy. He’s getting cranky in his old age but responds really well to her. He’s a BIG job as he won’t let us groom him at home anymore. We are so happy to know Courtney is there and will be honest with us about his behavior. You can tell she really cares. They all do!

We get our dog groomed here and we are always happy with the service. Prices are clearly marked and affordable.

If I could give them a zero I would. They stole my money and I paid in advance for 2 grooms. They have no proof of this transaction which we made in December and they took 5 and a half hours for a hair cut on my dog. They waited until 330 to call and ask about if they should start grooming my dog when he was supposed to be done at 4 at the latest. I couldnt pick my dog up until 530 that night and my appointment was at 12pm. Then they made me pay for the groom that I had already paid for in advance. If you dont want to be stolen from and lied to, dont go to petsmart.

Love the friendly staff as soon as you walk in the door and they are willing to help you right away. And they also price match to their website. Some of the best customer service I have encountered.

Hornworms are always displayed upside down. Ive pointed this out to them a few times but to no avail, when the container is not set up properly the hornworms feces falls into their food and contaminates it in turn contaminates the hornworms so they are unfit for our bearded dragon to consume.Come on PetSmart, youre better than this.

Its a small space only has fish available for purchase. Doesnt have as many other things to purchase compared to other PetSmart stores.

Not much organization in the store. Little cluttered and low on supplies based off some of the empty shelves. Nobody was available to help me find a carrier. So I just slowly walked down the main aisle with my head back and forth until I found it.

When Temps hit -50 this winter. The crew helped me find what I needed to make an indoor duck coop. I looked online and found some puppy pads and a puppy pen and ran my idea by the Cashier. The gave helpful suggestions/ pointers and thought the idea might work. It did! puppy pads and a puppy pen worked miracles on my little buddies so they could survive the winter. Thank you for your help :)

Me and my family go here all the time for fish and crickets and other things we ha e go here 3 times now in need of crickets because our reptiles haven’t had crickets since june because they are always “out” they have told us each time to come on thursday when they restock we come everytime and they say they ran out of the shipment didn’t come 15,000 crickets gone in 2 days okay then otherwise everything else there is fine

Some PetSmarts are nice. By nice I mean they have a good selection of freshwater and salt water fish. And they have at least one knowledgeable fish person. If I had a dog I would maybe give them 4 stars.. but I like fish. One reason I dont like PetSmart and Petco is they have made it hard for someone to keep open a ma & pa shop. Which I would prefer to shop at. But I guess that can be said for any type of retail. Admit it big box stores and Amazon are ruining any small business. Rant over..

They do a very good job of grooming my dogs although they claim my dogs are well behaved. In my experience that is not true.

Friendly, if they do not know u by name they definitely recognize your face .. Great service but one thing they need to work on, is keeping the large crickets stocked for us reptile owners ..

Brought both my dogs in for a nail trim. Now that doesnt sound like alot but for our puppy it was a frist, and didnt like it when I tryed to trim them. Shes 4 months. My Rustie was the one I worried about. Gets nervous super easy and dont like men. The ladies did Wonderful!!!! I will be back. Amazing job even just for a nail trim. Ive also had the best experiences here!

I dont expect much from PetSmart. Its a chain, you know? And Ive seen a lot of bad press on them. But I needed to have my cat groomed. And they were amazing! Rihannon the groomer did a great job-- better than any other groomer Ive used. The price was totally fair, and she even gave me practical healthy kitty advice. I was late coming to pick her up, but I caught no flack for it and even had a nice convo with the front end staffers. Everyone cooed over my cat and she was fine with it (she is usually shy with strangers, like many kitties, so I figure her good attitude means they were good to her!). Rihannon is my fave for life. Shes amazing.

Manger did not know what kind of product they had nor was will able to answer questions I had about different kinds of tanks. When asked if they had stands for the tanks it was we will have to order u one and that can be a few days why have tanks if there is nothing to put them on all they are set up for is selling dog and cat food dont bother going in if u need any ting else walmart would be a better bet

Terrible service. Booked two times to bring our cat in for the services. Both times they called the morning of to cancel due to staff not coming in. No back up to take the appointment. I have now used vacation time from work (twice) to try and get our pet in and lost out on that time due to PetSmart not being so smart.Thanks for nothing!

I went in two separate times to try and get fish for my tank and was rudely told both times that I couldnt get the fish I wanted. Also the first time I was told my tank wasnt big enough for the gold fish I wanted but the second lady said I could only get goldfish for the tank I have. They did not ask questions or try to be helpful. I will not be going back.
