I went to The Audio Garage for automotive ceramic window tinting services. The staff there did a great job of explaining the different product options, pricing, duration of labor, and instructions for proper use of the product I purchased. In the storefront of The Audio Garage, examples of tinting percentages are on display to help customers gauge what products will look like and how theyll function before committing to a purchase. After completion of the product installation, the staff made to sure to instruct me how I ought to use my vehicle in the coming days/weeks in order to make sure the product properly cures on the window surfaces.

Tim was amazing to work with! He truly cares about his customers and took the time to explain everything to my wife and I! If you are in the market for tint or anything else they handle dont bother going anywhere else!

Audio Garage did a fantastic job with my Honda Accord. Ive been very happy with my car over the years but it was seriously aging in the infotainment department and frankly never had a good stereo. Caleb, who was very friendly and professional every step of the way, was able to work with me and my budget to pick out a new head unit and new speakers all around. Had a few very minor issues and nitpicks post install that Caleb and team promptly addressed and resolved 100% so that everything worked exactly as I wanted it to.What really stuck out to me though was that during the install my shift knob must have gotten struck by something resulting in a few cuts/scrapes in the leather. I wasnt upset about it but I had noticed and mentioned it to Caleb, the team took it upon themselves to order a new one and installed it for free, since I wasnt upset about it this really felt above and beyond typical customer service and really showed that they aim to treat each car they work on as if its their own. A level of respect for you and your vehicle you just wouldnt get from a larger place like Best Buy.Wont hesitate to visit Audio Garage again someday and highly recommend! Thanks Caleb and team!

I have a 20/20 road glide that I could never hear the radio riding down the highway. I called audio garage and was told what they could do for me. So I hauled my bike two and a half hours one way so they can put the new speakers in and amp in. I got home and I had to go for a ride, and yes at 70 the radio is Crystal clear. I had a great experience at the Audio Garage. They have lots of services to offer for any vehicle and will help answer any questions you have about services.They installed the nice fancy Viper Smart Start system on my 2018 Mazda 6 Signature. I can now start my car with my phone from almost anywhere in the world.They were able to fit me in their schedule very quickly (scheduled only a day in advance) and took care of business!Unfortunately they do have a $50 non refundable deposit fee. But I can understand having people notcoming for their appointment. I also wish they would have price estimates on their website for each service/product.

His professionalism and customer service over the phone translated perfectly when I went to drop off my car for a stereo upgrade.He helped me pick out a stereo, researched some concerns I had about it (the Sony XAV AX-5000, pictured), tested it thoroughly to ensure that the bugs with the stereo other reviewers had called out would not affect me, upgraded the firmware, and returned my car to me in perfect condition. The entire team did a great job, but Caleb was my go-to person for the entirety of my visit.A backup camera was installed at the same time, discreetly positioned, and it works perfectly with the stereo to maximize safety while driving.Ill be returning with future work for them, though I havent decided what exactly, and I recommend you give them your business.

This was my husband and Is first time getting any thing done to our vehicle. My husband wanted an awesome sound system but did not know what to go with and I was unsure of all of it. Calab helped my husband find the best system for our jeep renegade and helped me feel better about the whole idea of a sound system. The way calab was so easy to talk to was awesome. I contacted The Audio Garage via text messaging first looking for an auto start for my truck and received excellent customer support. They provided me with resources I could check online, were very polite and considerate (this is lacking in our world today) and I thought that made their business worthwhile.I decided on one auto start, called to setup an appointment and after speaking with them over the phone, I went with a lesser model that better fit my needs not just for today but years later. That surprised me as most places try to get me to buy the next big thing, regardless of price or need.Even if they hadnt recommended the other auto start, their full package over truly over-the-top customer service won my business. Though I have experienced a few issues with the auto start since having it installed in January, Audio Garage is committed to resolving these issues and ensuring I am satisfied with the auto start. Scheduling conflicts on my part have prevented these issues from being resolved promptly, but they are more than accommodating to get my vehicle back in to have these issues looked at.

Caleb and the team at The Audio Garage are operating at an extremely high level. I had an aftermarket power liftgate installed on my 2018 Kia Sedona. They installed the liftgate with such precision that you would think the Sedona came that way from the factory. They also installed for me a Viper auto start which will come in handy, especially with our cold winters. They have superior customer service. My experience with Nick and The Audio Garage was fantastic. Nick did a full paint protection film wrap on my new car. The results are better than I ever anticipated. First off, I purchased a JL Audio Stealthbox from Audio Garage for my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. To start, Id like to say nothing but great things about this place. If you want great information with no bull**** about recommendations for your particular vehicle, Caleb is the man the talk to. Hes very knowledgeable on audio equipment and even if he doesnt know the answer to your question right away he will work tirelessly to be the best of help he can be. Grade A+ customer service!! Secondly, to the install team. I am a pretty picky person and was worried a bit about marking up my brand new 2020 pickup. Fast forward to the install being done. I could not be happier. Very clean install! These guys seriously know how to take care of you. They treated my vehicle like it was their own and I will DEFINITELY be back for anything else I need in the future! I am a customer for life.(On a side note, if anyone is looking to upgrade for better/cleaner bass on the JBL or non-JBL system in their Tacoma without being over the top or window shattering this is the upgrade you want. It fits clean like OEM with no wires showing and no space taken up. This is a great system that gets better with time as it breaks in)

Have made several small purchases in the past and wanted to upgrade headlights on 2008 Dodge 2500, Caleb cautioned me on many after market led lights were not working well, I tried some and he was right!! Best mistake I made!I originally made an appointment with a competitor to install an auto start. I mistakenly dropped my car off with Audio Garage thinking I was at the right place, only to call and find out I was not. The guys there made room to fit me in THAT DAY all while providing absolute 5 star customer service! I will be telling all my friends and family to go to these guys for all their car, marine, and motorcycle needs. Best mistake Ive ever made!

I was apprehensive about changing my factory head unit out and adding subs at first because I didn’t want it to look patched up ... but these guys did a good job. Absolutely fantastic customer service, I had all new speakers, head unit, 2 12 inch subs, and a backup camera installed in my checy express van. Caleb is super personable, knows what he is talking about, and is passionate about what he does. The install came out incredible, not a single wire showing and sounds even better than expected. Had them install a Viper remote start 11/8 in my Outback and I couldnt be happier with it these last two months. They were less expensive than places closer to me by over $100 and use what I think is a superior system. Would definitely recommend!

The tint job is perfect, great height perfect cuts around my rear view mirror and not a single bubble or crack in the tint! These guys have tinted 3 vehicles for me now and every one turned out excellent. Each vehicle is bubble and blemish free and to this day looks perfect. When I came in for my stereo Nick showed me a variety of options and price points to go off of and I was able to find a stereo that is high quality and fits my budget. They finished the install in a reasonable amount of time and I was able to customize a few features myself! I also went to Audio Garage for my auto start. Which I love! I went back and forth about wanting to opt for the cheaper ones that are marketed in town, however when it comes to my vehicle I want top of the line quality and service. My auto start is perfect for my needs and I know that Audio Garage would take care of it if I had issues in the future; which I have not had because these guys know what theyre doing! In my opinion Audio Garage is THE ONLY place to go in town for audio needs and I 10/10 recommend.
