I received superior help from Ann Estrada at our local H&R Block. She is a wonderful person and a great help. I am so glad that she was the one I first went to and have continued having her each year since the first time. I was not able to personally be in the office but she was so helpful doing my return per phone and with my sons help to get things back & forth to Ann when necessary.

Just being honest I won’t deal with them again. Iv been waiting on my return since March. They are only open 4 days a week. And the customer service is straight dog trash

We initially called to see if they would be able to answer our questions about our filing situation before coming in. Talked to two tax specialists, who didn’t know but advised to come in and we’d get it sorted. The tax specialist we got couldn’t answer the questions we had regarding our return and situation without having to go ask the head accountant (?). We were originally given a little run around in the office, told we were fine and didn’t have to file right then. A few days go buy and we got a call last minute saying we had to return to the office to file because of misinformation. Fine, no big deal. We filed our return. We got a call that our return was rejected due to the name, come to find out they assumed we shared a last name (because we’re married filing joint) even though they took our ID’s with our different legal names. We now have gotten a notice from the IRS about verifying our identity and were told it was due to an attempted filing with the incorrect name/social combination. Because of this, it will take up to nine additional weeks to process on top of the month it’s already been.

The person who assisted us is very efficient and explained to us in details regarding the process. She did an excellent job on what she does.

I am very satisfied with the service and the agent. Very professional, knowledgeable . I do like the fact that we can choose to have the fee taken out of our return. However its a bit costly for just an hour of work.

Went to this particular H&R Block location to get assistance with our multiple state filing. My wife had an appointment with Rhonda at 8pm. Rhonda arrived 18 minutes late to the appointment (didnt offer an apology) and proceeded to tell us we did not qualify for a number of credits (which we actually do) without reviewing hardly any of our information. She was very curt, rude, in no way helpful and spoke as if we have no knowledge of filing procedure - followed by stating it would be at least $300 if we wanted her assistance.Overall rating for the individual dealt with is poor or perhaps a 1/2 star - she did at the very least show up to the meeting after all.
