Excellent customer service. Appreciate the time technician took to explain the orthotics process to us. They made getting the impressions fun, too. Inserts are high quality and function well. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t do reviews but in this case I just had to. I drive 2 1/2 hours now to Brainerd to have Chip work on my legs. I’m a 19 year amputee, have had a lot of legs and seen a lot of CP’s. Chip is a prosthetic God. Really knows what he’s doing and cares to get you in the best possible fitting prosthetic possible. My first visit we talked for an hour just telling each other what we wanted and expected. He let me wear my check socket home for two weeks and to me this is so important. No other CP has ever done that. He is worth the long trip. I recommend him to anyone that is tired of ill fitting prosthetics and seeing CP’s that just don’t have the required skills.
