The black building provides an environment that is both convenient for businesses and consumer alike. Romos is arguably the best Mexican restaurant in Fargo. The building management is one of the best examples of how to effectively communicate with and address tenant concern. The structure itself is iconic of downtown Fargo is unlike any other commercial building in the region.

Interesting building with 3 levels and several fun shops and a gallery inside to visit. Has access to the Fargo skyway which connects several other buildings downtown.

If youre into one-off art galleries, artisanal beads, post cards, and fake trees this is the place for you. If youre renting, the spots are relatively cheap but the building is a bit old and crumbling under its age - hopefully the current renovations improve this a lot.
