Awesome service for our wedding party bus!! Highly recommend!

On 5-8-2021 at 7:54pm, I witnessed a Fargo Party Ride bus blocking a lane of traffic by parking illegally on 5th st south in Moorhead MN. I was forced to change lanes, to proced driving. I guess expecting your driver to follow basic traffic laws is too high of of an expectation.

Eric put up with our drunken group, and kept us entertained, we had no plan but he showed us a good time.

Everything was fine told us to call in the morning when we called they said they could no longer help us the bus had been giving to someone else. They either lied to us or are horrible at planning.

I used this company a few years back for a birthday and had a good experience, and booked them again for my wedding. However, due to covid, my wedding was canceled. We no longer needed a bus for the wedding, but we decided a good celebration down the road could be a party bus. Having reached our more than 7-8x in the last 3 weeks with no response, I am extremely frustrated at the lack of communication and professionalism of this company. The communication was almost instantaneous while booking, but now nothing. No response at first about rescheduling and now no response about a refund.

We booked Fargo Party Ride last minute for a conference that we had originally hired someone else for who fell through days prior. In the end, we felt lucky that Brian and the team at Fargo Party Ride landed on our doorstep. We received a lot of positive feedback from our guests regarding the drivers and the shuttle service. The inside of the busses were clean and the lights and music were nice added features. Will definitely consider using them in the future for our party bus and shuttling needs!

Fargo Party Ride was an absolute joy to work with! Min, our driver, and Scot were wonderful. They were polite, friendly, and very responsive if I had any questions. I had rented the pink bus and will say that it was kept very clean. I also appreciated the water that was available. They made my bachelorette party one to remember. I highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a party bus or limo service.

Honestly I dont rent from ANYONE ELSE. Brian is AMAZING. We had our girls night and the pink bus had no a/c but he upgraded our bus and was on top of everything! He personally brought me back some missing items, went out of his way to do that. I dont know anyone that would do that. We had a blast and were very well taken care of. Thank you guys!!!

Ive used Fargo Party Ride twice now. Scott is amazing to talk to and so helpful with planning/quotes. Andrew and Troy were the two drivers I had, both very friendly and helpful. Which isnt easy with a bus load of drunk people!The busses themselves were good. The first time there was lots of room and plenty of ice in the bins. The second time(New Years) we had the godfather(28 people cap) and it seemed really small. We only had 25 people on and it was a tight squeeze. Not to mention a huge lack of ice, and coolers were not permitted.Both times Ive used this company though it had been great. Super fun and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend and will be using again!!

Fargo Party Ride literally made our night!!! We had my sisters bachelorette party last weekend and used Fargo Party Ride bus company. I cannot even begin to explain how perfect it was! The bus was beautiful, we had Big Sexy (loved the TV even though we didnt use it) and the music was on point! Garrett was our bus driver and seriously, he is the reason our night ended up going so well! Some random guys tried to follow us on the bus and Garrett simply stood in front of the doors and got them to leave us alone! He was like our personal body guard for the bus! Every time something came up he asked my sister since it was her party and asked me since I paid. The bars were fun but the best part was being on the bus! It was so perfect, I will definitely be using Fargo Party Ride for ALL of my party bus needs in the future!!! Thank you Garrett and thank you Fargo Party Ride!!!!

We rented the Godfather for our wedding day transportation. We got the godfather because it was the biggest! it was beautiful inside and was perfect and our driver was awesome and understanding when we were always late! I would say its worth the money!

Bus smells like pee

Super fun and super friendly! We rented the PINK bus and we had a blast, plenty of room for all 23 of us and really nice interior. We LOVED our driver DAVE!! Can’t wait to book with these guys again!

Yesterday was the 3rd year in a row I have booked Fargo party Ride our annual DL lake trip for work. The bus is always on time, accommodating and super clean. We will continue to use Fargo Party ride for future events. So much fun!!! Thank you Scott!!

Our driver, Leo was amazing! picked us up on time everything was great until the limo died. we sat for 1.5 hours until they could get a replacement to us. While I understand these things happen, I also dont believe they should charge full price when we only got a partial limo ride. No discounts would be given. We didnt try to get a full refund but it would have been a respectable business to offer a discounted rate. Very disappointed.

I would definitely recommend renting here! This place was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for the party. Not only that, but our driver Lio was more than helpful and patient!

This is the worst transportation company in the Fargo Moorhead area. Unfortunately, our ride was paid for in full prior to our event for an 8 hour rental plus tip. The bus was almost an hour late arriving, the driver got lost, (the passengers) fixed the bus door that would not shut, and then the driver got lost again. The bus broke down on the way back and we spent greater than one hour on the side of the road and about 2 more hours in a location that was not intended. There was no refund of any money. The driver is the the manager of the business and will not return calls, even though she stated that she would talk to her boss and find out how much money could be refunded. No one ever made any demands or was rude about any of these situations. This is terrible business and makes me wonder what the owner is like... I have never said a bad word or spoken harshly. The last contact was what did your boss say about this trip and no response. I have text and I have called. Sad situation of a business. Absolutely do your business with another company!!!

The reservation process was very smooth and easy, they are very good at ongoing communication, the bus was neat and clean and our driver was very nice. Over all this was a great experience and a great company and staff

Worst company ever. Called 2 hours before my bachelorette party to say they had electrical issues and had to cancel. Come to find out it was we fest weekend and they cancelled on us to take people to we fest and charge them double their normal rates. I wasnt going to write a review until just now I was leaving work and the stretch hummer came flying out of their parking lot without looking, cut me off then slammed on their brakes in the middle of the road. Learn some common decency. FARGO PARTY RIDE IS REFUSING TO REFUND!! THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE FOR US!!
