$10.00 to just take off the back face of my watch & drop in my own battery? C’mon really? That’s a ripoff. I can buy the tool on Amazon for less.

Cute little ma and pa type of feel workshop in the lower level of west acres mall. Park and go in the west mall door and its about halfway down the long hallway going north, and go downstairs to the right down the hallway. They are all super nice and accommodating, making sure everything was double checked to be correct and in good shape before I departed. Yay!

Walked in, got my watch band sized perfectly. In and out quickly even though we talked fishing for a minute.

Great shop. Jackson repaired a family ring that every other jeweler in town said could not be repaired - that was over two years ago and my daughter has worn her Grandmothers ring every day since. Very knowledgeable, courteous and timely.

I have had many dealings with this jewelry repair shop and it is 2nd to none. I have always been pleased with his work and the service has always been prompt and reasonable.

Best shop in town!One of a VERY FEW places that can/will change a watch battery or take links out of a watch band.Also basically the only place I know of that sells watch bands.They are also able to actually fix watches; which for brands like Seiko, Citizen, and many others is a much cheaper option than replacing them.Batteries, band sizings, engravings, custom work... you name it! My favorite place in town bar none!

The jeweler was a very intelligent, capable, and fair man. He answered questions readily and was very helpful. He was a joy to work with. He fixed a very important keepsake watch that will bring much joy to the family!

He helped size a watch by taking out links. Took 5 minutes & he changed $5

These guys are great . I have a hard to find screw that goes in my band and these guys found it. Very fast service dropped it off they ordered it received it and repaired it and i picked it back up in 6 days. Couldnt ask for any better service. Great job!!

Wouldnt recommend going to this place! I brought a ring in WITH a diamond that had fallen out and asked the guy to put the diamond back in. I got a voicemail from one of the guys saying my ring would need another week because they were waiting for a stone and it just arrived. I went to pick the ring up, I was in a hurry and the ring seemed fine. When I asked about the voicemail, the guy said quickly I dont know, that wasnt me. A couple weeks later while examining the ring, I realized that one of the diamonds was fake. From a distance, the slot looks empty and dark; while flashing a flashlight from the front and the back, the diamond doesnt shine as much as the others and while looking at it from the back, the diamond slot is altered. While looking at it up close, you can tell that it isnt shiny but has a dull, pasty look to it. AND the diamond that I had asked them to back put in, is chipped! It shines so much that you can only tell if you look closely. $50 for a great loss!

Idk what that last review was all about, seems like something you would want to take the time to speak with the owner about. My experience with the Jewelry and Watch repair store has been nothing but excellent. I have brought a few items in and they either fix it right in front of my face or give me a claim check and it was done in a few days. Ive tried bringing my watches to other stores but more often then not, they do not have the ability to fix them, not to mention, the other stores tried to charge me more. Jewelry and Watch Repair is the way to go.

Eazy in and out ..quick..And worth every penny

My first experience wasnt great. I was trying to have my watch hands realigned, and all of the sub dial hands fell off.The second experience was much better. The rotor fell off of my SKX and they were able to repair it quickly.I have another piece id like to have the look at, hopefully its not too much money. I do with the store had better hours.

They did a great job repairing and resizing my moms wedding ring for a very reasonable price.

I am not impressed with this place one bit! My now- husband brought my wedding ring to this place because it was the only one in town that would do a rush for sizing since we were getting married in a weeks time. They sized it to its stretching limits and they didnt add anything to accommodate the thinness of it so when we got it..it was so thin that both the bands snapped in a weeks time. They do garbage work and the customer service just isnt there
