Best Gym Ive ever been to, atmosphere 10 out of 10, something for everyone from beginner to powerlifter, Im only in town for a little an ill be there every day I can.

Im using me girls email. But i been a member for about 2 years. And far best gym in area. Love this place, all i got is this gym. Keeps in line. Owners are coo, workers are coo, feel at home. 99.9% of all members are real positive. Boxing coach Zoe, Alonzo. Is coo dude. And cant forget BIG SUGG NIGHT LOOKING MOTHER. ALL LOVE NO HATE. I just got back to gym been away for a min. JVOLK!!! Aka 2 federal. High voltage...

I have been a member of this gym for almost 2 years and love it! Good variety of equipment and the option to have 24/7 access is very convenient. Definitely the best in the FM area! Very satisfied.

This is my favorite gym in the whole world. The owners are so friendly and there is such a wide variety of equipment. You can get 7 passes for $25 and a day pass is only $10 with a social media check in. You wont get a better value anywhere else for what they offer. A ton power racks, deadlift platforms, machines, a sauna, cardio machines, cable machines and free weights.

The gym itself is fine, dungeon style, good range of equipment.The sound system is a zero stars, nightmare interaction with the other patrons. I only go after-hours so Im sure this is the worst of it, but having to argue with others at 0200 about whatever trash they *need* to listen to at 140dB is getting old.Edit: The original review had a lower star rating, but I was so impressed by how well the gym and the staff handled the Covid-19 pandemic that is had to bump it up to five stars. I felt entirely safe working out here during that time.

Owner isnt professional at all. Creates Facebook fights and values new customers over loyal customers. Or in other words only cares about $$$ not the gym members.

For those who are passionate about training and those who are interested. Friendly folks and absolutely ANYTHING you could want for a solid training session. 200lb. Dumbbells?! Yeah. Like I said “anything” awesome. Well done 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I love the positive atmosphere! Its always so welcoming and you really do feel like a part of the family when you step in the gym. The equipment is all very new, there is plenty of room to exercise, and the members are all supportive and helpful. I always know Ill have a good workout there, and I love the 24/7 access!

*Update* They have A/C now! Members are respectful of each other and the equipment, staff are excellent, just a great place all around.Its a great dungeon gym! Minus one point due to there being no a.c.; its a 100°+ hot box in the summer

The energy is contagious. For any fitness enthusiast (from beginner to pro), this gym has the equipment, atmosphere and the encouragement one might want from a gym. Family ran and you can feel it when you walk in. The club members might have earbuds in and an intense look on their face but EVERYONE is ready and willing to help if you have a question. If youre looking for community... metro will be a home for your fitness journey.

I have never experienced an environment like Metroflex Fargo. From the moment you walk through the door you feel so much energy and positivity. Once you have experienced it you will never train anywhere else!!

A feeling of family when you step in the doors. A great facility to work at, and an even better place to work out at! Wide array of equipment and there are always knowledgeable lifters around to spot and give advice.
