Problem identified, part installed and unit charged within a hour. Also included furnace inspection that was not scheduled. Seth answered all my questions, professional, quality work at a reasonable price.

Called Valley Service as my furnace was making a load noise and my AC was not working. They were able to determine the cause over the phone and sent over a repair guy the same day. He replaced the blower motor and serviced my AC. Great Guy and quick service on one of the hottest days of the year. I would definitely use them again

Our air conditioner wasnt cooling on one of the hottest June days Valley had serviced the AC last year so I called knowing they would be very busy. They were able to come the following day and got the AC up and cooling again. Prompt service.

On the first warm days of this year I realized my AC was not pushing out any cold air. I contacted Valley Service and was able to receive services very quickly and at a very good price. Our central air unit did not work on the first hot day of the year this year. We called and scheduled an appointment. The day and time of our scheduled appointment the service tech was there, not early not late just right on time. He introduced himself to me and he was in and out so fast I didn’t even have time to remember his name. Our AC was working again so fast and oh so very nicely priced. Would recommend to any of my friends.

I called them to see if they had an opening for today to check out my ac unit as it wasnt blowing cold air. Hilary was able to send bill over within a couple hours of calling. Bill was surprised to see how old my ac unit was but was hopeful! He was able to get it back up and running in no time! He was very personable and was able to joke around about my ancient ac unit. He was here for less than an hour! Would definitely recommend them!

Our air conditioner died on a day when it was 90+ degrees. Valley Service was able to get us on the schedule and our air conditioner fixed in a day or so. While they were at our home we also made an appointment for them to return the next week to install a bathroom fan in our basement. When it was time for that appointment they called us ahead of time and asked if we could reschedule. It was still 90+ degrees and they were trying to get to other people in need of help with their air conditioners. We were in no rush for our fan, and we really appreciated them getting to our so quickly when we were HOT so we gladly rescheduled our fan install. Very professional, kind, and reasonably priced.

Had called them for service on my AC because it was not giving off the the cold air. They were informative and polite when I called to set up the appointment and were there the next day to service the AC. After a quick freon charge I was up and running again. I contacted Valley Service to ask some questions, regarding having an air exchanger installed. Matt has been great in answering any and all questions I asked. We decided to go ahead and get the air exchanger installed. It really helped to prevent moisture from building up on our windows and it has helped to refresh the air flowing throughout our house. The technicians who installed the exchange unit were great to work with, very professional and courteous.We were also having some issue with a loud noise coming from our sump pump area whenever the sump pump would run. At the end of its run there would be like a loud thump. Matt felt we should look to replace the valve and install a quiet valve.He wanted to confirm his thoughts with Mike, their expert in the plumbing end of things and sure enough installing a quiet valve has taken care of the problem.I have also appreciated the receptionists positive attitude and willingness to help me. Based on my experiences with a number of the staff at Valley Mechanical I give them a rating of 5. I feel they are reasonably priced and will stand behind their product and installation. Need a capacitor replaced for my A/C during the heat wave in July. Called and they were able to come out the next day. It was pouring rain and the service guy still did the repair in the rain. That showed me how determined they are for their customers!

When my furnace stopped working, I called a few other companies, but they were all booked up for the day and couldnt get to me that day. However, Valley Service was able to send someone quickly. Next time Ill just call them first! The employee (who was friendly and professional) was able to diagnose the problem, left to get the right part, and then returned and fixed it so that my furnace was blowing warm air again. It was a very positive experience overall.
