Worthless! 1 star is too good! Equipment sits on the dock for days until I had to call and find out where it is. Clueless managers! Then the driver was hinting for a tip once delivered.

This is the worse shipping place ever they not professional never answer the phone my stuff been shipped over a week ago and have not received it I’m telling anyone dont go with this company they are the worse I will never ever refer anyone to use this company.

Terrible customer service... called left two messages no one ever called me back. Sent in a request online and never received an email. This not being the first time iv been upset with this company, in my opinion this company shouldnt be used by anyone. Took multiple days for them to even show up to pick up my shipments and not even a courtesy call to let me know they wouldnt be picking up. Pretty much ...company sucks

Drivers need to learn how to drive better before they get into a terrible accident and get some one killed or severely hurt because of their driving because of I seen it first hand this morning with one of their drivers driving all over the road and crossing the center line and almost hit another semi going the opposite way that is what makes other drivers look bad but hopefully the state patrol will catch up with him and give him a nice ticket writing party before someone does get hurt or killed before it is too late

They rescheduled my delivery 3 times. When I asked what time they would be here for the delivery, they said between noon and 3 pm. Arrived at 5:30 pm. Boxes are dented and one is partially open.
