After six months, Identigo admitted due to a clerical error on their part that they would be unable to process my fingerprints. Their error cost me hundreds of dollars that I invested in a professional license I cannot get without a completed fingerprint from them.

I used online app to make an appointment. Was in and out in 8 mins. Professional friendly service.

Had appointment scheduled for 2:00 pm 2:45 and still have not been seen. Excuse was, We got really busy and people came in early. Apparently appointments dont mean a thing to these people. I suppose when you are the only game in town you can be as rude as you want to be. Stay away from any business that is done by this place.

What a great place to go to get your Twic card. Fast, easy and professional staff with great attitudes. I was a walk-in, they got me in within 10 minutes and I was out within 15 minutes.

Closed day after winter storm. I had appointment I drove 3 hours for and they didnt call, email or text. Just closed with a sign on the door. Had to drive back without getting service.
