Having a broken generator on the road is not fun.But the staff at Cummins sales and service, in Fargo ND, took care of me and my rv.They had the correct part overnighted and by 1pm the next day we were on the road again.Thanks Steve and staff for having the right diagnosis the first time and the part as promised the next day.

I had my Entegra Coach in for PM service on the Spartan Chassis. The Tech found the wipers weren’t operating correctly and fixed it. The Service Manager kept me informed on the progress. Him and the Service dispatcher treated me great. And the end the bill was reasonable. Excellent operation.

Bill 999 dollars plus change. Had generator services and new brushes. I had open circuit between generator and plugin. 7 hrs labor at 136 dollars an hour. My pro lem was the charge 70 dollars for misc., 60 dollars for shop towels etc., and 45 dollars environmental fee. These charges in my opinion where outrageous and did not get a good explanation for the 70 dollar misc. Thats the bad news. Good news they robbed me.in less than 2 days

Don’t waste your time. ADAM in service was ok but overall experience was terrible.Took my motorhome in to have generator serviced told me they found the problem and sent me on my way to find out it was fixed hours later. Noticed what they did which took maybe 30 secs and charged me $350.Been working on generator all week and was waiting on a carburetor I ordered to replace it myself to show up and they never ordered it. Had to wait get carburetor got it and charged me another $350 when it cost $250 online and they wouldn’t do anything when I asked their response I just charge I don’t make the prices. Like really unbelievable should’ve just went thru my warranty after being in now close to $1,000.Don’t waste your time and money do everything you can to try fix it yourself.
