The quality of the workmanship was topnotch plus. John was our installer and he did an awesome job in all aspects. Very neat as he went from room to room. Never left a mess of any kind. Always kept us informed as to when he would be here. He is a true craftsman. Highly recommend.

Starting with the salesperson Mr. Casey . Very informative about products . Showed me samples of window and door . Very friendly ! Sorry I don’t remember the person who came out and measured but he was thorough and done in a timely fashion ! Also very friendly ! The two installers were very friendly, neat, worked very fast and were done installing in what I thought would take a long time but they were very good workers !!!! Every night when they done for the day, there wasn’t a trace of them being here, nothing left laying around. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Anderson windows and their work as well as their employees ! After work was completed I was contacted to see if every thing was satisfactory. I have to say I’m highly recommending your Company !

Had a triple slider installed to replace the original window to the home. We were scheduled for installation in August but they were able to squeeze us in for early June. Alek and John were incredibly friendly, professional and paid great attention to detail. We no longer have to worry about panels falling out on our kids, get much more light in the room and it keeps the summer heat out. Once the bank account recovers from the $4200 dollars to replace this large window we will definitely use them for the rest of the windows in our home.

Wow, our experience with Renewal by Andersen has been nothing but a great experience. We just replaced every window in our home. From the first phone call I made to set up a meeting, to the meeting with John, to the day they started installing our windows was enjoyable –I will say it did take longer than we hoped from signing the contract to the actual install; but that was mostly because we were so excited and anxious to get our new windows installed. The install only took 3 and a half days and they installers we courteous and took pride in their work -you could just tell they enjoyed their jobs; which was kind of refreshing to see. From the time the guys arrived at home to do the install, they were focused on workmanship you could tell. I never saw them sitting around taking breaks or playing on their phones---ha, after the last contractor we had at our home for a different project I figured slow work was normal. Not with Renewal, these guys worked hard each day and really made our new windows look great. I am so thankful for the good job and a complete job! Thank you John and the guys for everything. We had all our windows replaced. Because we have many windows in our home, we split the project in half. We replaced the lower level windows one year and the upper level windows the following year due to the major hit to the budget. Renewal by Andersen was aware of our overall project and assisted us with the entire project. They were very professional, and responsive. We wanted quality windows and received beautiful windows that keeps the breeze outside and not in our house. The new windows are very easy to clean. No ladders necessary.

Western products install 8 windows for me in one day Dale removed the largest living room window and with his helper installed the new one in an hour. Same day he was able to complete 4 other windows. On day two all windows were installed by 1pm. Dale was able to finish trim on three windows that same day. On day three all window trim was finished by 1pm. Dale walked thru all functions of each window and showed me how to remove sash for cleaning. I would definitely recommend Western products to friends and family. Dale is a great asset to Western products team of professionals.

Have used renewal by Andersen twice first for new windows on the 2nd floor of my home that was built in 1916 and the 2nd time for a new window in my master bath on the first floor. Plan on them doing the rest of the windows on the main floor in the future.

The carpenter did a great job. The reason for 4 stars was due to scheduling. We ordered a patio door in February. Told it would be installed in May. Then it was May/June. I called on May 31, and was told we were scheduled for June 19, but hopefully sooner. I called on June 18 and was told it would be June 20. That day didn’t work for us as my husband had medical appts that day. So it was scheduled for June 21. I was told i would be called June 20 to let me know what time he would be here. No call. I called 8:30 on Friday, June 21. She said someone would be coming later in the morning. He wasn’t able to finish that day, so came back Monday. Then needed some concrete screws. Came back Tuesday evening, June 25 to finally finish it up. Originally, the salesman said it was a 4 hour project, so when it was drug out from Friday to Tuesday, it was rather frustrating.

Installer was polite and professional. He installed with little mess and cleaned up what little mess there was. Very satisfied with his installation and the windows.

These folks were willing to work with me to replace my sashes but leave my existing woodwork intact, which other companies were not interested in. It was more expensive to buy new wooden sashes, but they look great, are much tighter than my old windows, and are worth it.
