Still waiting for my walk in shower to be installed ill let you know later we did get our walkin shower and it is fantastic, I dont want to get out of it....it made my bathroom look great and Bill did a great job installing it..

1) Overpriced, 2) Uses high-pressure sales tactics to push their particular product on you regardless of whether or not its whats best for your space.Admittedly, all this makes sense when you realize that theyre just a reseller + installer for Luxury Bath branded products. Still, poor experience. I recommend going with a more traditional company/contractor who 1) offers more than a single product/brand and 2) doesnt try to pressure potential customers into committing to their services as soon as humanly possible.
