RUDE AND SHORT TEMPERED!!! I called to ask for guidance on what documents I would need in order to file for a divorce and instead was made to feel as though I was stupid or unable to fill out the documents and file them on my own because, and I quote, There are a lot of papers to fill out and file so your gonna need help. Cause it would take me 2 1/2 hours to explain divorce law to you.***TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN***I am a very smart woman that CAN fill out the documents and file them myself but NEEDED information on making sure of the correct documents. Your associate that spoke with me needs more tact, training and the ability to not belittle people when handling a question via the telephone.WORST PLACE TO CALL IF YOU NEED GUIDANCE ON WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO FILE FOR YOURSELF WITHOUT HIRING AN ATTORNEY!!!GLAD I DODGED A BULLET THERE!!!
