Two summers ago I happened upon this bike shop when I developed a very flat tire on the Shining Sea Bike path. One of the employees pumped up my tire and waived any fee for his time. This summer my rear wheel and bike chain fell off my bike during transport and I didnt know how to put them back on. Again the service was prompt and offered with a smile, no charge and no condescension! I was really impressed with their friendly customer service even though I was not one of their regular customers.

My bike tire wasn’t holding air when arrived at the shining sea bike way. I called corner cycle that is only .2 miles away to see if they were able to replace it. They said sure and we arrived and found that they were fully staffed with people ready to help! They changed both tires and we were on our way with 15 minutes and the prices were super reasonable. Awesome service and knowledgeable staff

We rented bikes for the Shining Sea Bikeway trail. We started midway from Falmouth and the store is located very close to the parking lot and bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We fortunately had no issues with our bikes. They mentioned that we could call them if there was an problem with the bikes while on the trail.

The team provided great advice, and then service upon pick-up (including minor repairs for other family bikes).The COVID-19 configuration is definitely effective, while still maintaining excellent customer service. I do look forward to the day we can come into the store and browse, though.

Corner Cycle is our go to source for bicycle needs. Always a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Service department is excellent. Purchased my Trek there and have been pleased with the form and fit.

We have stopped by for minor repairs twice. Once they had a spare part in their spare part bucket that they installed for free, and another time they magically fixed whatever was wrong just by looking at it. I have never been as excited to eventually have a repair where I get to pay them!

Life savers. My bike has been my primary source of fitness (and sanity) since March. I noticed a few things happening and scheduled an appointment. It looked like I might be out of commission for a few weeks due to scarcity of parts. Rex was able to find a couple of the parts, get the bike repaired and tuned up and I got it back within a day. Bike might even be better than when it was brand new! Highly recommend these guys.

Reasonable prices and close proximity to the trail.

Visiting Falmouth for vacation and wanted to ride the bike path to woods hole for half the day. The price of bike rentals is reasonable and the bikes are comfortable and smooth riding! Would rent a bike from here again

Great chance to ride the bike trail in a bike from Corner Cycle, just a couple of blocks from the fabulous 14-mile ride, The Shining Sea Bikeway, in Falmouth. Great service, good bikes and helmets and was just $24 for the bike rental for the whole day. GREAT experience 👍 👌 .

These guys are great! My fiance and I were riding on the nearby bike path and he was having problems with a pedal and it fell right off. We were down the street from Corner Cycle and the guys got the pedal back on and we were off! Greatly appreciate the help, it would have been long way back to the car!!

I went in yesterday to purchase a bike for my wife. I had an idea of what style I was looking for before going to look. I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop and if I needed assistance. I told the young man what I was thinking of getting and he showed me several options. I decided in a bike which was in stock. While we did the paperwork another young man checked everything out on the bike. They brought the bike out to my car and I was on my way. I highly recommend Corner Cycle if you are looking for a bike. They carry a great product line and the staff knows the product.

Thought there was something wrong with my chain or gears and it turned out my kickstand just needed to be adjusted 🤦‍♀️ Corner Cycle quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and didnt charge me! Ill be back if I have another problem along the Shining Sea Bikeway.

I brought my bike in for service during COVID and they performed the repair timely and all the people I dealt with with very knowledgeable.

New to road riding and stopped in to pick up gear for on-road flat repairs. Tim set me up with everything I needed and walked me through the repair process. Was with my son, checking out the e-bikes in the shop and Tim set him up with a test ride, great info on the bikes and turned a routine stop into a fun event for my son. Great shop, excellent staff, well be back!

I can count on Corner Cycle to keep me rolling. I bought my Trek from them 5 years ago and still enjoy riding it as often as possible every season. I typically ride about 2500 miles per year. Their repairs are excellent and timely. I appreciate the personal service and help with selecting appropriate parts. Couldnt be happier!

The tall guy with the beach bum haircut was awfully rude and discouraging when I told him I wanted to do a certain part myself to save money. I got my bike working awesome.

Got my spokes fixed within a week. TY. Would have loved to get a tune-up, but was told it would be over a month to get it back. I get it, Cape Cod in the summer.

George took plenty of time explaining the bike and demoing it to us at the shop and on Depot Street so we could see how the bike worked on hills. We took the bike for a thorough test ride the following day. The full explanation the day before made the test ride really productive. Tim took time to answer questions we had and the combination of everyone there made this a really pleasant, confident purchase experience.

Im not one to write reviews but felt obligated to write one for Corner Cycle. They are hands down the friendliest and most welcoming bike shop on Cape. Prices are very fair and workmanship is second to none. I had an issue mid ride and stopped by the shop for some help. They had me out the door and back on the road within a few minutes. If youre looking for a reliable LBS this place should be your only choice.

Overcharged me after telling me a price. Also promised to finish repairing my bike and called. Did not do so... I had to come and pick up the bike the day after. Really amateur service!

Great place to rent a bike. We rented a tandem from Corner Cycle three times. The price is reasonable. The bikes were in good condition. The employees were helpful in setting us up with our bikes and helmets. No problems at all.

This is a great bike rental place. They include locks, soft saddle cargo containers and helmets in the price of the rental. The staff were very nice and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable with our bikes before we even paid. They are located right around the corner from the bike path and Main St in Falmouth. We look a ride to woods hollow and then returned the bikes and went shopping. I highly recommend them.

These are great people. Even though they were very busy, someone made it a point to come over and help me. They are truly a shining example of why you should support your local bicycle shop. If I needed a repair or anything else, I would feel comfortable having them service it.Again they are very nice and very knowledgable. If you are in town give them a try.

Great if you need a quick tire fill up or seat adjustment, but be careful if you need a tire replaced or something. My best friends bike needed new tires cause the strip underneath them was wearing through. They replaced the tires, but not the strips, causing more work to be needed later. They also put so much grease on her bike that we needed to add sand to keep the chain from sliding off before we could finish walking it the entire 3 miles home.

Excellent bike shop. Wife and I were in the area on vacation and she was in the market for a new bike. Stopped in and a gentlemen was extremely helpful in showing us options. We purchased a bike (at a reasonable cost) and he helped show us all its features and how to operate it. Really quaint bike shop that we wish we had close to where we live.

Was having a problem inflating the back tire, and stopped in for help/advice. All the people there were great and only took a minute for Dave to figure out the valve had separated from the tube. 5-10 minutes later on my way, and at a very reasonable price for the replacement of the tube and a few pointers on the valve.Great experience, friendly, top-notch help. You cant ask for more than that.

There was trouble verifying my $25 gift card for a simple purchase. Rex, the employee who started the transaction was very amiable but could not solve the issue but Devin, the associate who helped him couldnt have been more aloof and gave the impression he does not belong in retail sales. I agree.

Park your car on depot avenue, there is a free car park there. This place was really handy for beginner type cyclists as the shining sea bikeway is only 3 miles long from here to woods hole. They have a selection of rental bikes, staff were really friendly and got me what i needed. Got a helmet and bike lock for free! Great for renting bikes

I was visiting family in Falmouth, and couldnt be without a bicycle for too long. I wanted to explore some local single track, and inquired about renting fat bikes. Although they were currently off-site, staff members offered to go retrieve several bikes for us. When we arrived, everyone at the shop was friendly and outgoing. Our bikes were set up quickly, including getting my own pedals installed. They made sure all of our questions were answered, and the bikes were in fantastic working condition. We had a great ride! Kale, Matt, and everyone else made a fantastic impression on us. Well be back!

I wiped out on my bike and stumbled in here bruised and lightly bleeding, asking if someone could help me with the chain I had jostled loose during my fall. My friend and I brought our pretty banged up bikes to Corners Cycle. The handle bars were all sorts of crooked, and the tires had very little air. We brought the bikes in and Rexx was more than helpful. He was very friendly, and helped us get our bikes fully functioning. HIGHLY recommend this bike shop, and we are extremely grateful for Rexx for saving our bikes!

Very knowledgeable and welcoming. I was looking for a higher end road bike and they gave me a great education on the ins and outs of purchasing a new bike. Took an hour to fit me to the bike when it came in and never made me feel rushed. Now my go to bike shop.

Great place if youre looking to rent a bike and hit up the Shining Sea Bike Path (which I loved!). $75 got us 4 bikes for the day, and they were in excellent condition. Dont forget to get a lock (so you can stop along the way for oh some ice cream) and to pickup a couple of their free bottles if water before you hit the trail.

Very expensive and the owner is rude and repair shop charged me 260.00 to fix my bike which they couldnt do. I ended up having to troubleshoot and fix it myself and cost me less than 30.00

First class operation!

This bike shop is in the perfect spot! Free parking is down the street but right next to the Shining Sea Bikeway. We hiked through forest, beach, Woods Hole and to Nobska lighthouse without being too tired. The staff was laid back and nice. We got a tandem bike just to try it but it was the same price as getting two regular bikes so next time we would do two bikes.

Friendly staff, very busy place at times. I have a modified specialized road bike which is intensely modified to help my back. Got a new helmet with a GoPro mount. This took a while, not much in style or color I liked. But persistent save me about half price. Ask about a light and lumens, prices are out of this world. I got a rechargeable on Amazon twice the lumens for 30$. But I have to make my own mount. Happy somewhat with staff as some look at like um from another planet. No I have to modifie almost every thing to fit my needs.

Omg! So much fun! We went for a bacherolette party weekend and started our trip off with a bike ride! Rental was easy, the guys wrre super nicr & the bike worked well! It was amazing! Along the ocean, stopped half way to enjoy the view then continued to the end had cocktails and app and headed back! Highly recommend!
