Roberto went out of his way to service the paper to a guy kept moving on us, he has been keeping communication and updating us along the way. Great service after all and we will definitely use his service if needed in the future!

Came in at 10am one person was in front of me on the list, they had been waiting for 40 mins already. They came in as soon as they “opened”... I’ve been here 3 years straight and ive waited up to 2/3 hours to be seen I thought it was bc I always came in during the weekend, so I thought I’d come in on a Monday, nope. I waited 40 mins myself but these ppl have no consideration of time. I’d rather learn to do them myself

Don’t come last minute to do your taxes because you will wait about 3 plus hours. By the way their lunch break is 1: 45-2: 45 pm & will not assist or help during their lunch break. Also, is you don’t bring the right papers you will get charged for that day. Each day you go, you get charge. Make sure you bring everything you need. Other than that, this place is good!Do not come at the last minute because they will wait for hours. Their lunch times are 1:45 to 2:45 and they dont attend or help until after their lunches! And bring all the necessary papers if you are not going to be charged for that day. They charge every day that you come. But other than that this place is good.
