We went here because of a first time customer coupon last year. They did a fine job with their services at a fair price with the discount so we decided to go back to them. This year, without the promotion, the price for their services tripled. I did have a few extra forms to submit, however our meeting was actually shorter than the previous year and the added forms only took about 5 mins to fill out. They also proceed to nickel and dime you for every minor convenience they offer you.We asked if there was some type of offer they could give us and he said that he would check, follow up with us, and then come back and sign off on everything. 2 weeks went by with no contact, we tried contacting them 3 times, couldnt get a call back. Eventually, we had to make another meeting to review all of our taxes again, e-file, and pay the expensive rate. All in all, they do a decent job filing, but their customer service is awful, and they are way too expensive. Very much a bait and switch operation.
