Weve had very bad experience with this team. We walked in an open house of the property which listed by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Premier in Fairfax city. We was interested in the property. We directly reached out the seller agent and asked for more information about the property. We were curious about the selling/buying histories of the property because the seller only stayed with the property for a year and half. The seller agent responded that the seller would like to sell because they thought it was too big for them. Because we did not have an agent, so the selling agent got one of his team members to be our buying agent. Basically, the selling and buying agents are ONE (Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Premier). The negotiation went ok. The house inspector found lots of issues with the property. However, instead of requesting the seller for repairing the issues, the buying agent (which was the same as selling agent) tried to convince us skipping most of them and taking some credits from seller with the reason: Because it is an old house, we can not expect too much. Due to covid-19 pandemic, the process of loan was delaying about 2 weeks. They kept pushing us and brought up some triggers/conditions which could make us loosing our deposit and set up some conditions that we would have to credit back to the seller if we would not have met the timeline. They definitely knew how hard the loan would be and how long the loan would take in the pandemic circumstance, but they still pushed us for extremely tight time so that we would have to follow them, and gave to the seller some credits back. It was extremely frustrated and stressful. In the end, we could sign the settlement, but we had to credit $1,200 back to the seller. After few months we moved in, we found out the sewerage line of the property was damaged. We emailed the buying agent (again this is same as selling agent - BETTER HOME AND GARDENS REAL ESTATE PREMIER) to report about the sewerage problem, but the buying agent ignored our email. Before we decided to go with BETTER HOME AND GARDENS REAL ESTATE PREMIER, weve read very positive reviews on google. What we have experience with BETTER HOME AND GARDENS REAL ESTATE PREMIER, we are not sure whether the reviewers are REAL!?

Great place to work. Beautiful brand new office with great view and impressive atrium. The work atmosphere is friendly and everyone is treating and respect each other like family. Parking is plenty in the underground garage.
