The relationship has ended!!! I have been coming here for a LONG time, over 8 years. The reason I kept coming here is because of the location; it is convenient for me. However, today is my last time coming here. I wont be coming back. The technician (which I wont mention her name) because I have known her for too long, kept hurting my feet. I let her know I was hurt and she was offended. Then, she started to bad mouth another customer in reference to me as well. I can understanding Vietnamese unfortunately. If you dont feel like spending money and be insulted, go somewhere else.

I really dont want to give a bad review since this is my neighborhood nail place, but this was probably the 5th time I was unhappy about the service, dont get me wrong the ladies are very nice( despite the fact that they speak in their native language all the time) but they take too many customers, therefore they rush to finish jobs. I tried to give them another chance today, but there are too many other salons that might not rush me.

The reason for the mixed reviews on quality, is because it really depends on the technician. i’ve went there three times and had a pleasant experience the first two times (gel mani), but the third time was genuinely, surprisingly, horrible.the technician repeatedly took calls right in front of me, even when i was sitting right in front of her and she had started already on my nails. she used a nail drill and alcohol for mostly everything she could use it on, and though i don’t fault her on this, the color i chose was not accurate to the swatch. my gel mani was also very visibly rushed (she did not take the liberty of a 30 sec cure time with each coat), and took max 30 min.by the end, my nails were thin, an inaccurate color, and had a large piece of dust dried inside one nail. i had actually left the salon, willing to mark today’s session as a bad day to do it, but came back after seeing the dust trapped under the gel on one of my nails. they offered to redo it, and we scheduled an app for the next day.we repeated the same procedure (with the same person) but with a nicer color, and no trapped dust this time.however! the first two times, i was really happy with my nails, and will share photos of those :)

Very accommodating and Thao is a professional, I just walked in without an appointment and she did a great job. I will be coming back.

Just moved here last month. Elegance is the closest nail place. Was not disappointed, Tammy does an amazing job with the dip! Highly recommend :)

I was very disappointed with my last manicure her. I feel like she did nothing special. She didn’t really do anything to my nails. Except polish them. They didn’t have my first choice colors. I didn’t tip by accident but when she asked for a tip I just decided to not tip. It was a very disappointing experience. This is my closest manicure place and I want to like it but they keep disappointing me.

My first experience was great. The second time, the price increased and the quality was not there, even with the same technician.

Kim is the best! I drive further because shes better than any of the options in my neighborhood.

Not fancy and even some of the chairs are really worn out. However the girls there always do a really nice job. I go occasionally, have taken my mother, daughter, mother in law, and even my husband for a pedicure and we’ve all had good experiences. Affordable.

The color I chose could not be applied after 2 attempts because the enamel was apparently in poor condition. Finally the enamel that was applied to me was left with many layers, which makes my thick nails look. I will not return or recommend this place.

Price is decent, but the service is awful. Obvious preference for regulars, which is understood, but will actively rush through a new customer’s manicure to take another customer. I don’t recommend coming here unless you plan to come regularly and tip well.

Feet feel wonderful after a pedicure and massage, my wife swears by the manicurist.

I got my gel nails done and as soon as I came home my nail polish started to peel off a little bit then the next day 3 OF MY NAILS FELL OFF. DO Not COME TO ELEGENT NAILS. But the people there were very nice

I never write bad reviews- but I have given this place 5 different opportunities and their work is just sloppy and a waste of time. I end up going here when Im in Virginia visiting family, because its close to their house- but I might as well throw money down the drain! Their gel manicures have only ever lasted for 4-5 days tops and look really awful. I should have read the other reviews first. Dont go here!
