Very fast service and incredibly high-quality work! I sent over a job on a Thursday evening, and it was available for pickup by mid-day on Friday. The online submission portal was intuitive, and when I spoke with the representative he offered helpful suggestions and followed up with me throughout the printing process. Shame on me! I dont usually write reviews of companies I do business with because Im too lazy or the particular service didnt leave a strong impression with me - good or bad. In this case, its different and easy to overcome my usual laziness. I had a printing project Id never done before and was unsure how to approach it. I had to prepare large placards and photo image displays for a major birthday party. I found AlphaGraphics by a simple web search and contacted them for guidance and a quote. I struck lucky as they gave me excellent suggestions as to how to prepare the design for large print, including ensuring the resulting product would show with good quality from source images that were not the finest. I had to throw modifications at them after the initial order and they were accepted without a murmur. Although I asked for the product to be available in a week, they called me after only 2 days for pick up. The results are spectacular - including a lifesize photo image of the birthday boy on foamcore that is bound to be a hit at the party.The entire transaction was conducted professionally and in a friendly manner and I am truly delighted. Theyll be ready for my next project and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I called Alpha Graphics to get quotes for a neighborhood newsletter. Our prior printer had been raising our price for this several times each year, without talking to us, and the service was terrible.
