This is one of the best waxes I’ve had in a long time. I waited to review to see what happened after a month. The chocolate wax smells amazing and was less painful than my normal waxing. I decided to try out Ms. Annie’s because I was looking for a place in Tysons and they had the best reviews I found! I was definitely not steered wrong. Kim gave me the best Brazilian I’ve ever had and on top of that it was relatively painless, and she was super nice and talked to me the whole time. I also got one of their sugar scrubs for exfoliation for less than $15! If you’re looking for a new waxing place definitely give them a try. Parking is easy but don’t get confused, it’s in the same building as a few other businesses and a university.

Ive been going here for some time now and absolutely love it! I started getting waxed by Annie, and would get the Brazilian.I told Annie Im really cautious with who touches my eyebrows, because the last place I went to messed up my brows, and my brows were never the same after. Annie recommended me to book with Kim next time because she does a really good job with brows.I booked with Kim to get my eyebrows done and Im so happy Annie gave me that recommendation! Kim listened to how I wanted my brows to look like and even showed her an old picture of my brows before they were messed up. Kim did a really great job with my brows and Im absolutely obsessed with how they looked now!

This was my first bikini wax and it was the best waxing experience I have ever had. All the staff is very friendly and I was waxed by Annie. She knew it was my first time so she did everything she could to alleviate my nerves. Coming from someone with the LOWEST pain tolerance in the world, it barely hurt (even for my first wax). I was also in and out in less than 30 minutes so it was extremely convenient time-wise. Even if you have to commute to come here I 1000% recommend Ms.Annies!!!

Went to have eyebrows done. Broke out in a huge rash all over eyebrows where Annie put the chocolate wax. It burns and itches, and I have several bumps that are taking forever to go away. I won’t be going back. I can only assume the wax was dirty, as I’ve been here previously and this never happened. I don’t like posting negative reviews....but this is too much.

I’m very serious when I say this place is the best. I’ve gone to a couple different places now, but I’m never more satisfied than when I go to Ms. Annie’s. Every person who works at this place knows what they’re doing. It hurts less than at other places and I get less inflammation. Every person who works here is friendly and helpful. The girl that was waxing me was very sweet and talked to me to help me not think about the pain. They also provided me with an exfoliating scrub to help lighten my darker spots and im really thankful .

First time ever going and it was AMAZING. Kim was the lady who completed my waxing and it was awesome, she is so polite and walks you through the process and whats what. I WILL be going back. The wax they use is plant based so no chemicals. The wax hardens on the skin which I never used but its great because there is almost no plucking I think for me she had to pluck twice. I had almost no redness, no stickiness and LESS pain. After it was done you couldnt tell I even had anything done what redness which was really pink was gone and my skin was back to normal. The place itself is very relaxing and calm which is nice since sometimes you can be nervous, and the staff is kind, sweet and polite. BEST service hands down.

Shes the only one at this studio and its part of a bigger place with other hair stylists which I might consider switching so I can do both in 1 stop. She was very personable and pleasant. This was my 3rd time getting a Brazilian and back wax. I find that her technique is less painful and also less awkward for a guy. The Brazilian was done in less than half hour. I was beyond happy because I was so used to an hour long wax. She was very professional and was able to answer a lot of my worries about waxing. A lot of stuff, no one ever told me about. What prompted me to write this reviews was because I got an email from her this morning checking in to see how my skin is. I will be a loyal client.

I have waxed dozens of times before at other locations and at home, and this was my first time getting my wax in a certain area and from this studio -- but my session with her was by far the best. The wax used, technique, and pressure applied ensured minimal pain and it was so. amazingly. fast. In and out, 15-20 minutes and nearly no residual pain. This is the only place I will get waxed. Ive been to several different establishments and this is by far the best. Ive been waxed by Annie and Kim and they are both phenomenal. Theyre super friendly, professional, hygienic, and easy to talk to. They remember what we talk about from appointment to appointment which makes it feel very personable. I love how clean the rooms feel. They are also very knowledgeable about the process and how to prevent ingrowns. Even after waiting way too long between appointments, it doesnt hurt too much. I ended up moving about 30 minutes away and will still make the effort to come here.TL;DR: Ms. Annies is the greatest place ever to get waxed, and youre missing out if you dont go.

Ms. Annies Waxing Studio is in a great location, very clean and plenty of parking. Wonderful staff, always friendly and easy to book appointments. I recommend Tiffany, she waxed my eyebrows, upper lip and under arms. She did an amazing job with shaping my eyebrows. Ive had horrible experiences with getting my eyebrows done elsewhere and always having them too thin. I wont be letting anyone touch my eyebrows except Tiffany!!!

Best of the best. I liked the fact that I dont have to deal with big salon crowd. she greeted me as soon as I stepped up to her studio. The chocolate hard wax she used didnt hurt as much other places and I didnt see much irritation after. She suggested coming back 4-6 weeks for optimal results and she promised that my hair will grown thinner even after the 1st wax. I will be back.

Two weeks ago, I visited Annies studio for a brazilian wax. It was the least painful and most comfortable wax that Ive ever experienced! Annie uses a high-quality, brownish colored wax that doesnt irritate the skin or cause pain. You can tell that Annie has been doing waxes for a while because Annie is incredibly knowledgeable about waxing and skincare. She suggested a scrub that I could purchase that would help with skin exfoliation. Her customer service skills are also very impressive; she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Annies prices are very reasonable - she has a special for returning clients and you can get additional discounts for referring friends. Ill definitely be back in four weeks!
