We called yesterday to see about their service. They offered to come next day to evaluate and price what is needed. Prices start at $99 but that is just for water and deodorizer. To me, that is not cleaning. Quickly the price went to $200 and an additional $100 for our ottoman. While we admit that the sofa was very dirty they said we would see an improvement but did NOT promise that all stains could be removed. We were told that the sofa would look better as it dried. And, that it would dry in about 3-4 hours. The sofa and ottoman show no improvement. It became much clearer as it dried. And about drying time? It has been 7 hours and we still can not sit on the sofa. Add to the pain, the fact that we paid an additional $100 for a stain treatment to prevent further stains. Our sofa looks EXACTLY as dirty as it started. $400 later we will have to consider it a lesson learned. Looking back, writing a check to a company called Green Cleaning LLC and not A&V makes me wonder who got our money and who actually got the good reviews.UPDATE 01-11-21-Because we thought our sofa was too stained to be cleaned we thought what could we lose by washing the upholstery in the washer. We did. All dirt came out. While there is fading due to direct sunlight all the dirt came clean. Final reason to not trust this process.

The worker from A & V Carpet & Sofa Cleaning was on time. He was very professional in cleaning my carpet. He is very kind and after he finished, you cannot see a single stain. I am very thankful to him! Good service and friendly staff!!!
