I didn’t ask to be assigned to this agency by all state and i have been calling them for two days in a row and all i got was being put on a waitlist and when i spoke to someone he hanged up the phone on me and said i was being rude!

I bought auto insurance policy from this office. I was told by three different agents that for the milewise policy I was not required to install a device on the car which was not true. I only knew after I left the country and I had to deal with the dilemma from outside the country.

I am not one to write bad reviews but this is not professional at all. I did not have any problems with this office until I needed to cancel my policy. My new agent faxed over a cancellation letter on 11/21/19 for both auto and renters. I got charged on the 26th. I called on 12/5/19 to follow up and was told they never received the fax to cancel when my agent had the fax confirmation. I told him to cancel both as the letter of cancellation said. I called back today 12/16/19 and they still only canceled the renters when the cancellation letter clearly states to cancel both renters and auto and had my auto policy number on it. This is unacceptable the main office will hear from me.

I canceled my auto policy with Allstate because they were charging me over $300 for one vehicle. I am over 25 with a clean record and I drive a high-mileage Corolla. I called this office to cancel my policy, and sent in the necessary documents. Three weeks later, I was charged for the next months policy renewal. I called up Allstate and this office NEVER FILED MY CANCELLATION! I had to resend all the information for cancelling and am now waiting 2 more weeks to receive a refund. Not happy about that.

I left my job because they wanted me to work with them and after a single week they stopped me without caring that I have two children and had no choice before the pandemic started....😢😢

Employees here do not seem to know what they’re doing. They all provide incorrect information and seem to not care about their clients at all. This place needs to train their workers better or hire new people. All they want is your money.

After receiving, in my opinion, poor customer service, I chose to take my business elsewhere to Geico and received a MUCH LOWER premium with much better coverage. Please call Geico before you sign up for a policy with Elvira.Also, PRO-TIP if you want to cancel your policy, email Elvira, but also call Allstate directly to the 1-877 number with your phone number blocked (if your caller ID shows, it will re-route to Elviras office). When you speak with an agent of Allstate outside of Elviras office, they will cancel immediately and wont require any documentation.After receiving poor customer service in my opinion, I decided to move my business elsewhere to Geico and received a MUCH LOWER premium with much better coverage.
