Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. Every time I have come in several people offered to help right away and always volunteer to carry the bags of feed out to my car. I am always so impressed with the customer service, thank you!

Good if you have a need for feed.

This place sold me a bag of dog food that had been recalled. The staff refused to acknowledge it, despite me bringing in a list of the recalled bags when I came to return it. They made the return process difficult, and expressed no remorse for their mistake. The other recalled bags are still on the shelf. Be sure youre checking the codes for yourself because this establishment does not care about your dog.

Very helpful staff, lots of supplies here and nice layout. My wife asked about a particular fertilizer and they gave her the owners number and said call the owner, he will happily answer your question.

This place is one of those places that you dont think exists anymore, due to their integrity, honesty and amazingly friendly customer service, combined with sincere personal attention and commitment to help you in any way they can. I must share a recent experience ...During the holidays I made a larger purchase than usual and paid in cash... I didnt realize it at the time but two of the $100 bills I used stuck together..On my next visit, which was quite sometime later..they had the $100 waiting for me!!! That is only one small example of who they are and what they do.. They are such a valuable asset to our community...not to mention our two and four legged friends !!!Thank you for always being so positive and friendly during these difficult times.

We got 4 baby ducks today 9-5-2020 needed some supplies. This is are local go to place for almost any kind of anminal. Its like a old country store, for anminals. This place is stocked to the ceiling and great customer service.

The owner was such a help for our dog. We needed some topical cream to treat an ear infection, which was exacerbated when a Vet perscribed medicine to treat what was perceived as an allergic reaction. Needless to say, the OTC treatment worked successfully and saved us alot of time and money. Thanks guys....Finn says thanks too (ruff ruff !🐕)

This store is run like a good, old-fashioned, small town business. The employees always offer to help you find the products you are looking for and never fail to offer to assist customers by carrying your larger items to your car and load them, too!

I went to Fallbrook Fertilizer to find a new brand of dog food for my senior Border Collie. They were very knowledgeable about the brands they carry there and i was able to find a brand that my dog likes thats good for him too. Im going back there next time for their wonderful customer service!

Fallbrook Fertilizer is the ONLY place I shop for my cats needs - which are many! They have the best products. The prices are extremely fair. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend shopping there.

Old-time friendly service/ they’re happy to load up your car for you and are always helpful. A Fallbrook gem! We’ve done business here for over ten years. Competitive prices, usually slightly cheaper than the other pet store in town. Convenient location with easy parking.

Great place for anything to do with farming or animal care. From chickens, rabbits, cats, and dogs to horses, pigs, and cows; they have it all. Doesnt carry a ton of the main brands you see, but they have better alternatives.

I go here often for my dogs and chickens. Great service, great advice if you know which employees to query, good prices, plenty of variety. I always check expiration dates, and for the various dog and chicken products I usually buy, Ive absolutely no complaints.

I like this place. The staff is friendly and nice. The selection is good but a little on the expensive side. They have live chicks and birds as well as stuff for horses, cats, dogs, and about any other critter you can think of.
