We tried to order replacement parts for replacement windows and it turned out to be a fiasco. The parts were very expensive and it took forever to get the order and when we finally got the order we only got half of what we ordered. There were old rusted pieces thrown in the box. Going forward we will order directly from the company.

Nor really happy that they wont fix myJalsay Windows in preparation for my new screens that I have been waiting 2 year for. They told me they could fix windows and right before I expected the screens to be put in, told me the couldnt fix windows. And they told me to buy slider windows..Poor business sense...

They do good work but the customer service needs considerable attention. Had to spell my name for the man on the phone about three times and use phonetic alphabet just to find out if my order was ready. Then they called me back to confirm and hung up before I could ask if checks were accepted. Ill probably find somewhere else to fix my screens next time.

Awesome job with my screens! They took my old full screen and made a better quality half screen so I can slide it up or down and they fit perfectly. Great pricing, all aluminum construction no cheap plastic corners or tabs that will eventually break off! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing screens fixed or replaced!!

My father went in there to ask questions about repairing window sashes and was met with nothing but rudeness and very cocky customer service. Didnt really want anything to do about or hear about job. They said they were too busy to do the job.

I have had many screens repaired at Phenix Aluminum. They do an excellent job and the staff is professional and courteous. If you are in need of having screens replaced for a slider, window or door I highly recommend Phenix.

I called to have 2 screens made and the gentleman on the phone was rude and very aggressive. He took down my number, said he would call me back.....but never did.I wouldnt deal with this type of behavior if it was my last resort.
